Service is good, variety is good. But taste of cakes are not delicious as expect from Italian cakes. Like from Walmart but for 40$. Do it Italian.

LOVE the staff, service, and yummies. I see some poor reviews - sugar grains, sweet, a couple were dry...well people it is BAKING...things happen, sometimes butter cream or batter can separate...just a fact.Personally, everything was damn great...Hallie the front counter person is too fantastic....lol.Anyone reading this, ignore the poor scores and judge for yourself.
Very friendly staff that was not the issue. The issue was we paid $40 plus tax for a stale Ferraro Roche cake was very disappointed in the quality of the cake seeing it was not cheap. Tasted like stale cardboard. I had high hopes for this place. Also the whipping cream on some of the pastries I was not a fan of it. I am used to real whipping cream not the fake stuff.

A wonderful variety of different pastries, tarts, and almost anything you can label as baked sweets. The service process is a little confusing- there should be a clear place to line up, select your order, and pay at the end near the door. To complicate things, people who are looking for a custom order for a cake, etc need to wait in the pick-up line. A girl came out of the back to see if the woman in front of me had been looked after but when she said yes she didn't ask me ? and went back into the back.The product is exceptional but the store layout needs some work to process customers faster. My first time going here and I have to say it is very delicious and it smells heavenly in there. I will be back for a cake, that's for sure. Everything looked so delicious, it was very hard to decide. We chose the brownie, eclair, cream puff, and a raspberry tart. The prices were very reasonable!!! I can't wait to go back.

I own a petting farm and got to sample a piece of birthday cake, and my goodness, this is the best I have ever tasted! I sample a lot of cakes here and hands down the most moist, not to sugary cake I have had. Well done Dolce!

10/10 for the Chocolate Cake with Chocolate Buttercream. A rich chocolate cake that wasn't too sweet or overpowering with a thin sweet chocolate buttercream, the whole family really enjoyed. I really liked that there was enough room to write "Bonne fête Dianne!" on it. Thank you!

Seems expensive when you go in there, but after trying one of their cakes, you’ll understand why you pay that much. There is clearly some love put into these deserts, and for this reason I have become a repeat customer. I even asked for a cake that they don’t normally carry for a special occasion, and they were happy to make it for me.
