I love Dominos- definitely the best mainstream and commercial pizza out there. But this particular shop has gone downhill in recent years. Sloppy work, routinely undercooked pizza, and zero accountability.

Good location i guess but they always go really Cheap with the topping when they have the “50% Off all pizzas” Deal. Maybe You guys are referring to 50% less toppings because that’s what i got tonight on my pizza and it’s every time you guys to the 50% off. So annoying
I placed an order for carryout at a confirmed time. The pizza tracker also confirmed that my pizza was ready at that time and when I showed up to the location, I was first told that it would be ready in four or five minutes, but then had to wait an additional 30 minutes before my pizza is ready. I understand that it was busy and the and the employees were working hard, but had they communicated properly I wouldn’t have had to waste half an hour on a busy Friday night.

We just ordered pizza to be delivered and had the sticker tampered with. We called them to inform that it has been tampered with and the reaction started with “sometimes the steam will break the sticker” (trust me this wasn’t steam), and the guy on the phone proceeded to say “sorry this happened to you, but we’ve been in business a long time and it has never happened. Though I’m sure you’ve been a long time customer too”. It ended with “sorry I can’t access your order, so I don’t know what you ordered… soooooo………”
I get that businesses make mistakes but not taking any kind of accountability is not okay.

Ordered $11.99 one topping medium special online. Topping chosen was bacon. Triple checked order before submitting. Received plain cheese pizza with no topping. Called store to fix. Lady on phone told me if I didn't get what I ordered it was my own fault and she refused to fix it. Will not be ordering from this location again.
