The food was delicious and ready very quickly. The staff was nice and super polite. The store itself could be a bit cleaner but was not very bad.

Placed an order at 3:30 for pick up at 5 pm. Yes, it was Halloween but when I got there the entrance was packed with people waiting for their pizzas. Eventually cancelled the order after waiting 25 minutes for pizzas that still weren’t even in the oven (and I got there at 5:10). I’m not sure why you’d be allowed to keep placing orders the restaurant can’t possibly make but it was a disaster and I had no backup for hungry kids waiting to go out. Deliveries were flying out of there while everyone waited for their pick ups. It was ridiculous - what is the point of ordering pizza that won’t be ready even close to when you need it?
