We ordered a pizza, a specialty chicken and a pasta today. Overall, food quality is fine though the pasta could have been better. However, the service was really awful. We ordered medium size with beef and pineapple and when we reached home the pizza was pepperoni with beef. When I called the store, it started fine the person offered to either credit us back or we could come pick up a new one. We could not drive to the store so we were fine with the credit for future order. However, before I was able to ask about how we could redeem the credit, the person hang up. I called the second time thinking may be connection was bad, he hang on me again before I could even finish my sentence. So, I called the third time and finally got a chance to ask about the credit. Instead of apologizing for the inconvenience caused for the customer, he was trying to throw some additional freebie for me, but all I wanted is for the person to talk properly. Look, not everyone wants freebie, when I order takeout I am ready to pay so I don’t expect anything free from anybody. Don’t think by throwing free stuffs, everything is fine. He did not even apologize for the fact that our order was made wrong when we first call in. Very disappointed.

Ordered via app. Overall good experience. Thru app I indicated I wanted oregano, however there was no option to choose the amount of oregano. Upon obtaining my pizzas i found the amount of oregano used was too much.
Good amount of toppings and tasty pizza. Will be back!

Awful service. Order my pizza 40 minutes prior to getting there and it said it was ready for about 10 minutes before I showed up. A bunch of people were mad waiting in line One guy making all the pizzas while 3 sat at the computer saying nothing to anyone. It took someone to call them on it before 3 of us got our food which took 25 minutes and after getting it they did the wrong crust and cut. Absolutely ridiculous. Won't be back to this location

Ordered a pizza after driving 12 hours and arriving at campground 7 minutes away. They wouldn't come to site so I had to walk to the gate. (10 minute walk) said 45 minutes so after 55 minutes 0 of that waiting at gate I called to find put how much longer. They said the system collapsed and they didn't get the order made They never offered any compensation They more or less said too bad, we sorry Forking pathetic.
Terrible service, no better than Lakewood. They made our meal completely wrong and then asked us to come and get the replacement, while our other food gets cold. Awful service, truly.
