Ordered take out. Got there to pick up and asked them to apply discount code from a flyer we received in the mail. Was told that they could not accept as order was already rung in. This will be relevant soon. Got home with pizza and discovered we got someone else's order. Called and told we had to go back to exchange it. OK. Got back to exchange and as my order was more expensive than the one I paid for in error was told I had to pay the difference. Suggested twice that maybe a discount was in order due to their error and got a flat no both times. So they rang up the difference and I paid....odd that they could do this after the fact but not honor the discount coupon after the fact? Back to the local guys I guess.

Two stars, one for decent pizza the other for quick delivery. If you're thinking about saving yourself 10 bucks on delivery and a tip by going the pick up route, don't bother. They could care less about their pick up customers.
