Placed an order online and after being alerted that the pizza was finished the woman working in the store refused to give me my order stating she needed to focus on incoming orders before she could give it over, we waited almost 20 additional minutes before we just decided to leave. What a terrible establishment.

Horrible location. Complained about our order and they contact us back said they would make things right but then stopped all contact and doesnt return calls or messages. Its been weeks now.

I ordered 2 pizzas on August 24 2025. Both of them unfortunately were made wrong, I wasn't too upset as mistakes happen. I called and explained the situation and the manager apologized and said we would have a credit for the pizzas, so I was happy with that. The next day, I decided to use the credit. I called and spoke to someone named ARSH or something like that, and he told me I only got a credit for 1 pizza. I explained to him what happened and that both pizzas were wrong, I ordered one pizza with stuffed crust, and there was no stuffed crust, and one lightly baked, but it was basically raw. He then proceeded to argue with me and basically told me it was my fault the pizzas were wrong the day before, and he would do the second pizza free but they will never do that for me again. He said I should be checking the pizza before it leaves the store and that I'm responsible when I arrive home with them. He was so rude and unprofessional, I've never been spoken to the way he talked to me from an employee at a pizza place.

I called before placing my ordered i let them know im visiting with my autistic son and needed them to cut the pizza a certain way the person said they understood and I even gave my name what did I get..... my pizza not correctly cut, and now my son won't eat. Thanks for wasting my money!
