Ordered 2 medium pizzas (one of them with extra sauce) and ironically, both had minimal pizza sauce and seemed dry. Pizzas were cut poorly. I recut them when I got home as I ordered pickup. Also, order hand tossed thin and they were both regular thickness and dry as a result. Pizza boxes didn't have the sticker on the openings which isn't the worst but to me shows a lack of adherence to company policy and procedure. And lastly, the rewards app/website sent me over the edge this past weekend! Tried to reset my password and when the reset link was sent and I updated said password, I get a popup saying there is no profile matching in our records. Well, I blocked Domino's corporate emails that I get and I am done with this location and lacklustre pizza!! I mostly ordered for the pricing and location purposes but I have reached my breaking point with these repeated failures and the poor customer service from aloof employees who are allergic to smiling it seems.
*Edit* and no Domino's, I don't want your corporate bot to reply to my review. If anything, an automated reply, based on my anger with your website/app only annoys me more!!! Maybe have an actual human look up my account and you will actually see what employee was working at that time. Actually show that you care as a franchisee instead of this automated crap!!!

Came in to pick up my order! A worker who was making pizza gave me my order without washing his hand and handled cash. Gives me my change while his hand has cheese crumbs still and then goes back to finish up the pizza he was making without washing his hand again!! Wow!!! Unreal, talking about poor food handling service. On top of that, he was more focus on the game he was watching on his phone…..

The online ordewring gprocess was painless. It was fast and the food arrived in no time and was hot! I received a phone call when it was delivered so I wasn't left guessing. We'll bo ordering again soon.

What’s wrong with people work night shift at Domino’s ? If you don’t want to work You should resign This is the second time refusing to deliver the pizza and instead you lie that. Small pepperoni is $38 Because you don’t want to come to deliver And I’m your regular customer I will definitely come to speak to store manager Because you guys don’t respect your customers

This location does not seem to have proper quality control. On a 80 dollar pick up order. my pizzas sat getting cold for about 10 min before they finished our pasta. The board and app both said our food was done but 3 other customers came after while I waited. Got a message from Sukhman who seems to think that its always the delivery drivers fault in his copy and paste answer. If you try to bs your customers, they wont return.
