Me and my daughter visit this little store in the afternoon and was shockingly surprised at how professional this cheese cake store was. I have to admit that this store’s cheese cake is one of the best cheese cake I have ever tasted in Canada. Besides, who wouldn’t try such a delightful cheese cake with tea and coffee in such a good price?

We walked in thinking it’s just gonna be another typical place to buy sweets. Boy were we wrong. The Tiramisu cheesecake and Pistachio were better than anything I’ve tried. The cherry on the top was the lady behind the counter. What a character. She greeted us with such a genuine smile, didn’t rush us and upsized our drink just cause she was nice. Truly recommend this place. It’s a hidden gem of Winnipeg.

My girlfriend and I come to Double D's a few times a week for their chill ambiance and comfy environment to study. We love their Cheese cakes, literally blind pick any of them and you'll enjoy it guaranteed. They have a verity of drinks to choose from to pair perfectly with your little cheese cake. I would recommend to anyone of my friends this lovely spot in St. Vital. Big kudos to co-owner Angela as well for being the coolest, and sweetest gem of person we've met.
