Waited 25 mins for food when it wasn’t busy. Which is fine, but the food was cold when we got it. The hot chicken sandwich had no flavour, barely any mayo so it was dry. The gravy was incredibly salty. Poutine was small for the price. We ordered a kids meal and they didn’t give us fries, when we said something they told us we would have to reorder fries. Wasps were absolutely insane. We had to get up and leave halfway through eating because we were getting swarmed. Wishing we just went down the road to Woodbine Burgers instead.

Went here because my granddaughter said she was hungry. Had 5 people in front of me including my own daughter. She ordered food, not 3 minutes later I asked for food and they said they're no longer serving food, only ice cream and cold drinks. Yet my daughter got her food. This was at 4:56 pm on a Sunday. We had eaten here before and liked the food, but not being able to get it again was extremely disappointing. You're open until 9pm but don't serve food at dinner time? What's the point in being open?

I ordered a hotdog today and it was a huge disappointment. The extremely small hotdog (kidsize) was in a bun that was at least 3 times bigger than it. It has bbq sauce on it which tasted awful like it is expired. I feel ripped off as this cost me $11 and I was still hungry when I left. This needs improvement!

Great spot to have lunch while visiting Kildonan Park. The smash burger was delicious, we subbed in sweet potato fries, very tasty. Worth stopping by.

I came here today with my kids after swimming for ice cream treats, after we had our ice cream treats, my son asked if we could all share a curly fries poutine. I went up to order it at 5:11PM. The red head girl told me the wait time would be 5-10 minutes, waited 25 minutes with my kids, then walked up and asked what was going on with my order, and they had totally forgot! I was told they would start making it ASAP. Waited another 15 minutes, then they gave me a regular poutine! I had to go back, and let them know my order was wrong - they asked if I could just keep the regular poutine instead of them making me the curly fries poutine. I had already waited now over 40 minutes, and wanted what I ordered! The red head girl said it would be ready in 10 minutes, waited 15 minutes, AND they HADN’T EVEN STARTED making the second poutine!!! Asked for a refund. We will NEVER come back!!! Waited well over an hour! This doesn’t even deserve one star.

Got here to enjoy a local eatery before rainbow stage and due to it being a busy night they decided only to serve ice-cream although they did say we might serve food again but we do not know when or if... put it on your website that food is only served if your high priced restaurant is not busy..considering it's full with reservations seems you could have staffed accordingly.

We went here for dinner after a friend recommended it. We were very happy! The smash burger was awesome. Soft bun, classic smash, fresh big toppings. We also had a poutine and yam fries. It has cheese curds and was classic. Yam fries were crispy and came with a sauce. We will definitely come back for a family day in the park again soon!

Extremely overpriced for the quality. Got a poutine and you'd expect it to be at least somewhat decent in taste and in portion size, but no. Fries were burnt, the gravy was really salty, and the cheese wasn't melted and was rubbery. The box itself didn't have much poutine in it. I've also gotten other things before, like the burgers and sweet potato fries, and those were overpriced and not great quality either. Woman taking orders was kind, tho.
Dougie’s was highly recommended, gave it a try. The food was good but we won’t be back. $11 for a single patty smash burger plus an extra $1 for cheese??? Smash burgers should always be served with cheese. $41 for 2 single patty smash burgers + cheese, 2 sodas and one order of fries. That’s expensive for takeout.

Got the mushroom smash burger and poutine. Burger was nicely made with fresh toppings and a fresh bun, tasted incredible! Poutine was smothered in gravy and had a hearty serving of actual cheese curds. Was very tasty would come back.

Stopped for icecream. Was informed icecream was a little runny, but it literally toppled over in front of the redheaded server before my kid even got a bite of it. To rectify the issue, the server gave me 3 whole napkins. Whoop de doo, super useful.
Ended up throwing out the $4 icecream. Here's a tip, if your icecream machine isn't working well, offer it only in bowls OR MAYBE just don't offer it at all?
Took the 5 minute trip to go to BDI instead. Waste of money and time.
