Came for dinner with a close friend and it was fantastic. Earls typically is good but our server Chloe was fantastic. She was attentive, felt authentic and so friendly. The potatoes in my warm potato salad were very under cooked, I politely told her and she had the kitchen make it again. It was fabulous. We will definitely be returning, especially is she is our server!

Service and ambiance are great, top tier. But the prices have gone up so much, and portion sizes are less! My chicken santa fe salad was delicious, but for almost $27 I would have expected a full chicken breast, very small portion size. The spinach dip was also a very tiny bowl of dip for almost $19.

Had the Caesar salad with shrimp added to it and honestly, the salad itself was pretty boring. Could hardly taste the dressing and there was not a lot of salad, no bacon and I got the full size. Shrimp were delicious that I added to it. $32 total plus tax. Not full after I ate it. Had to ask for the bread which is supposed to accompany the salad. Had a bowl of the clam chowder which was delicious, but could've been warmer. Honestly, I can make a better Caesar salad at home and it costs a lot less. The waitress was lovely and appropriately attentive. Not her fault she didn't make the food or the Earls company policy about what constitutes an appropriate amount of salad for the money. Honestly, not worth the money. My two friends commented about how much more expensive the menu was.

The service was actually too fast. We got our appetizer and 2 minutes later our mains came out. We barely had started the appetizer. We were actually out the door before 6:45 and our reservation was at 5:45. We felt rushed. Everything was fine and the server was very attentive.

I invited a friend to dine with me at this restaurant, and what was meant to be a pleasant and relaxing experience quickly turned into a disappointment. Throughout our meal, there were flies constantly flying around, which was already off-putting. But what made it truly unappetizing was when a fly landed directly on my food — and no matter how many times I tried to shoo it away, it kept coming back. I had to sit there, feeling disgusted, as the fly repeatedly crawled over my meal. Instead of enjoying my food or the company, I spent most of the time trying to keep the flies away. I had important matters to attend to that day, so I chose not to make a fuss — but I have to say, the flies completely ruined my dining experience.
