Service here is always consistently mediocre. I suspect it's because their servers have a lot of tables. It's not that they are unfriendly, they just seem to have a lot going on in their sections. We know this and expect it when we come to earls and will always come back because the product they serve is consistent and tasty. Never had a bad meal/drink.

Came to Earls Main for a relaxing dinner, and the manager Ella was so kind and accommodating when it was packed before the Jets game. She’s extremely sweet, welcoming, attentive, and well mannered. I’m extremely impressed by her and will definitely be visiting aging because of her.

In general, everything is excellent, the service is excellent, the presentation is excellent. I didn't like the steak, it was dry, not cooked as requested, and there was too much pepper! This dish did not live up to our expectations!

They were able to help us navigate dairy free options on the menu to find something that worked for us.The view of main street out the window was quite nice, and especially with the light snow made for good scenery.Parking: Winnipeg Square Underground parking. Be sure to validate your parking before leaving Earl's.Dietary restrictions: The server helped us choose menu items that were dairy free, even suggesting modifications to accommodate.Parking: Park at the Winnipeg Square Underground parking lot. You can walk through the indoor square, never needing to go outside. Great for cold days.Validate your parking before you leave Earl's.
The food. Remarkable. And not in a good way. Hamburger was overdone. Will have to congratulate my dentist on his good work, without which my teeth would have fallen out at first bite. Bangkok rice bowl was literally a cup and a half of overcooked rice, some fried tofu cubes and a small pile of chopped romaine lettuce. And the half cup of salty vinaigrette dressing was somehow poured on top of the rice. Ooops, guess the line cook missed the salad. That, plus a cider and a whiskey sour for the cost of $105 with tip. You be the judge.
