Excellent ,my go order for takeout for over twenty years in Winnipeg. Have gone for pick up in the past, always impeccable service . This time as of Feb18 ordered online at the east lake website, and no short of excellent service . Ordered online ,and delivery to my door in twenty minutes. Food was excellent as in the past ,piping hot ,and delicious . Ordered dinner for one with veal ,and chicken balls. Also ordered some special chow main, shrimp egg foo ,and extra sweet sour sauce . My favorite dish here has always been their egg foo . 5star restaurant for food ,and excellent service. Highly recommend.?⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Has been my go to Chinese food spot for the last year, the price and quality of food has made me a lifelong customer. One of the only places that still give free fried amd white rice after a certain amount spent! Best deal I have had with great taste in year'

Taste was great, very authentic. However, we ordered the Kung Pao chicken and beef fried rice. There was literally 5 chicken pieces in the whole thing-it was all vegetables! Unacceptable. Especially for the price we paid (which has gone up).

Really good Chinese food. Hard to find a good Chinese place in this area, this is the best place.

ordered just a beef fried rice and shrimp cantonese chowmein on doordash from this restaurant. honestly wasnt expecting much because its not my usual place but its surprisingly decent. its the closest chinese food in my area and ill say this is most likely the best one in the area.

This was our go to Chinese food restaurant for many years great food and quantity. It has taken a very steep decline in quantity and most importantly quality the deep fried shrimp was all batter couldn't see the shrimp if you used a magnifying glass , the pork noddles were salty and the pork was like eating a potato chip, sadly we will not be ordering from here any longer.

I have ordered from here several times since I first tried it about a year ago and I have never had any issues. The food has always been tasty, orders have been accurate, portions acceptable and average price for Chinese takeout. My only complaint would be the amount of rice that is included with the individual combos. It is way too much rice for one person so I would rather see a little veggies or the main item and a little less rice. The ginger beef is one of the best I’ve had in the city, so give it a try especially if you like it with a lot of real ginger.

I feel their food is excellent. I have ordered there many times. Their food is one of the best Chinese food I have ever had. My favourites are their sweet & sour pork, lemon chicken, chicken balls (ordered a small sweet & sour sauce on the side), deep fried shrimp in batter (dry), chicken chop suey (ordered a side order of dry noodles). They are all so delicious and generous portions. I also enjoy their dry breaded pork but it would even be better if the pieces were a little bigger. And if your order is over $35 before tax you get free plain fried rice (which is better than getting white rice). I am very happy with their food & service.

East lake. Should be called Red River. Worst chinese ever. Stay away at all costs. You would think for a chinese restaurant that only does take out that they would take pride in there food. Not these chinese. Small shrimp ?. Called BBB on them. Saw mice in there. They use it as veel
