Foods great I’d probably give 5 star if it were open when it said but I keep wasting my time trying to stop in here during open hours and there not open past month ive stopped in a good 7 times maybe more and never no notice of why there closes just the last time was a sign that said no cook today closed or something like that

Our office often orders lunches or breakfast for takeout here and it’s always great food. I got the ultimate omelette this time, HUGE and loaded with toppings! Super cheap prices as well, also ordered a side of bacon-cooked to perfection.

Eddy's, to me, is a home away from home. Their staff are lovely, friendly sorts, and they don't play games with the prices; everything there is priced fairly. A particular favorite of mine—and I'm sure everyone else—is their corned beef. For around 10 bucks you can get a truly impressive sandwich stacked high with flavorful corned beef and your choice of hot or mild mustard.

This restaurant, albeit a bit on the smaller side and in a location some locals may consider 'sketchy', is absolutely quintessential Winnipeg; if you're planning on visiting the city, you NEED to eat here.

Stepping into the restaurant and billiards joint on Selkirk Ave in Winnipeg is like hopping into a DeLorean and zooming straight back to the glory days of the 70s and 80s. The moment you walk in, you're greeted by a wave of nostalgia that smells like hot coffee and feels like your favorite old-school hangout.

The coffee here is hotter than your mom’s old hairdryer, keeping you alert and ready to show off your pool skills. The food is the kind of hearty, no-frills fare that would make even the pickiest member of the Breakfast Club smile—think crispy fries, and mouthwatering sandwiches that taste like they were made with a dash of love and a whole lot of retro flair.

The staff and customers are so friendly, it's like Cheers without the laugh track. Everyone knows everyone, and even if they don’t, they’re more than happy to get uo and grab you a cup of coffee like they’ve known you for decades.
