went there with a girlfriend of mine. We both ordered the same thing a bubble tea with extra pearl. we paid for it too. mine had so many pearls and hers had none. (barely any) she checked her transactions and sure enough she paid for it. we explain the situation and they denied it. Such a shame.

We were very disappointed.. Not having been there before we mistakenly though this was going to be Japanese food. Having travelled from out of town to try the food here, we ordered despite the fact that it looked like a mall food kiosk.. The food was less than spectacular and was a step down from mall food. Portsions were terrible... aside from a lot of rice.. prices for the meal size and quality are not great. Sushi is grocery store variety and quality.. I had the teriyaki beef bowl... There was a small handful of beef a siny piece of brocoli and a pile of rice... You have tom pay in advance so that you have no recourse when the food is substandard... Would not recommend this place at all... Do youirself a favour and go with the mall food. It's of za better quality and at a better price.

The food is amazing with good portions and the staff are incredible. Very very friendly, attentive, knowledgeable and they get you your meal fast and hot. Always a great experience going there.
Vegetarian options: My wife doesn't eat meat but they have a great menu for everyone.
Dietary restrictions: My wife has a dairy allergy and they are super super careful with any kind of cross contamination.

Edo never disappoints! Ordered while picking up from daycare, food was ready by the time I got to the store! Hot, fresh, and always fantastic! People working cash are lovely - great customer service, and always happy to greet you:)
