This place is located inside the big science building at UW on portage ave. It’s a warm, inviting restaurant, with big windows and you can see the chefs cooking. Food is amazing and is created by two of the top chefs in Winnipeg! It’s open to the public and you can even book the restaurant for your events!! The Bang Bang shrimp is addictive and their tacos are to die for!! Their manager David is awesome, he does monthly trivia nights!!
Staff are friendly and attentive, though I've only gotten takeout. The food portion of the pasta was quite small for $16 so it has deterred me from ordering here again. It was tasty, but not filling whatsoever. I also ordered on the diversity food app, but it never told me when the order would be ready, so after about 20 minutes I went to check and it was sitting on the counter. Unfortunately, my pasta was lukewarm by the time I ate it. The iced coffee was also disappointing...
Very hit or miss. My Korean Fried Chicken came with 3 tiny pieces and a massive mound of plain, super dry white rice topped with raw tomato and nothing else... for $17. Fries are good though.
