Sunday roast was disappointing. It was described as tender and was not at all tender, obviously very cheap cut of meat. It was dry, like really dry and tough. The rest of the meal was great with wonderful flavour.

Absolutely lovely pub attached to the Delta Hotel. I ate here a couple of times while in town for work. Service was uniformly excellent! Incredibly friendly and helpful - especially when agonising over the menu. Food was very good - though the Shepard's pie is actually a cottage pie, and the other pies aren't full crust - just puff pastry on top. This is only an issue if you're a big fan of full crust pies. The pretzels with cheese and beer sauce are way more...

Great place for pre gaming. Excellent affordable food and drinks. Staff friendly and professional, great fast service. Chicken fingers awesome as was the chicken club. Beer nice and cold. Will return soon.
