Please train your employees to have courtesy and common sense. They didn't seem to mind the customers around them, gossiping and talking loudly about their personal lives dropping f-bombs and vulgar language, etc.
This seems to be a pretty common behaviour in your establishment.

Ok we like this place but have found numerous times it is full of students there for hours on their computers. We suggest you limit times to 1 1/2 hours at busy times. We have left 4 times because of this. Now we are hearing from others the same thing. Please address this.

Walking in to an atmosphere of delectability. Some of the best matcha and cold brews in Winnipeg! Always great music playing along with very friendly and companionate staff. Lots of plug in spots and seating with a dog friendly patio in summer!

The staff was extraordinary! I ordered a matcha latte and the taste was out of this world! I think it was ceremonial grade matcha and the art was just amazing. The atmosphere was cozy and kind of like a hang-out place. The staff were super nice, very responsive and friendly. 100% recommend!

Stopped for a warm drink. Cappuccino with oat milk and decaf latte excellent. Ordered two coconut chocolate croissants. Super dry and unappetizing. Would give a miss to the pastries. Service was cheerful.

I googed the nearest coffee shop and ended up at Empty Cup. Picked up a large Cappuccino and a grilled chicken sandwich. Both were delicious. Service was quick and friendly. The place itself however is the grossest, dirtiest place I have been to. The floors look like they have never, NEVER, seen a mop or a broom. Tables full of crumbs, sticky stuff, selve-serve station hasn't been wiped in a while, and the washroom was disgusting. If the baristas serving customers are too busy to clean off tabes and sweep the floors in-between, this place needs to hire a cleaning person. I will not be visiting again. A place serving food should not be this dirty.
