Consistency has gone down over the years. Same order I get might be good, might have burnt espresso, might be boiling hot.

I get iced matcha lattes quite frequently. Most of the time they are perfect, but when I see the shorter european woman making my drink, I suddenly lose interest as something is always wrong ): Sometimes I’d get a matcha that looks like this, and other times I wouldn’t so I started keeping track and I realized that my matcha’s from only her CONSISTENTLY look like this and I go quite frequently! The other staff makes great matcha’s which is why I keep coming back, but if you want a milky clumpy mess, you know who to call to make your drink!

Clumpy matcha aside, the workers are friendly and the service is great. But I hate walking away disappointed in my drink

Stay clear if you have any standard for basic hygiene and cleanliness! I ordered a decaf iced latte for my girlfriend (due to health reasons) and iced mocha for myself both light ice. Both cups filled to the top with ice (which we ignored no big deal) but than the staff member lost track of which drinks were which. Caffeinated coffee was added to the decaf cup, and all the workers were unsure if anyone even used decaf. When they added whip cream to my iced mocha, I asked if it was mine because I requested none. She took the iced mocha to the sink and tried to dump out just the whip cream, but after realizing there was still some in there.. she left the cup inside the dirty sink. Turned around to grab a new cup and remake the drink, than decided she would just empty out the old cup, tap it on the sink and rinse a dirty plastic cup with hot water! (Whole reason we prefer iced is to avoid hot liquids in plastic) Than used the ice scoop with the dirty contaminated cup and began remaking my drink with the dirty cup from the sink. I obviously requested a refund and just left, they claim that’s not what they normally do. If that’s what’s they do when customers are watching, can’t imagine corners they cut behind doors.

Coffe is amazing, both hot poured & canned Nitro.

Ordered "Eggy" breakfast bagel. Can't really give a review on it since it was Nuclear screeching hot, cheddar was non existent since it was melted away. Tried to eat 10 minutes later but it was basically toasted hockey puck with sesame seeds.

Will try again though, possibly new staff. Still would recommend for coffee.

My favorite coffee shop in Winnipeg. You know when you go to a coffee shop and your drink tastes different every time? Well this place gets it right every single time it tastes the same and it's good! Good coffee, good people, good food. It's busy but it's worth the wait in line!
