Super delicious coffee and drinks. Food is ok, but I don’t really go to a coffee shop for food anyways.

Excellent coffee and a delicious almond croissant, but filled with hipsters ordering iced matcha lattes.
Side note: are hipsters still a thing? I know there are still some millennial hipsters hanging around but these were squarely in the Gen Z age range and from what I can tell the hipster like esthetic isn't so much a sub group but a general milieu.

Good coffee but man, you’d think my bucket hat offended the staff. They looked at me like I had 3 eyes.

A great place to pick up a matcha or sit and enjoy a coffee. Love the selection of drinks, their prices, and the amazing tastes! You need to check them out!

I accidentally cracked my cup and it spilled, they graciously made me a new one!
There is a female that was working there at 11am when I had come into order 2 matchas for my sister and I, the employee with 2 braids and a white sweater and glasses had brought drinks to the people sitting inside at the bar, however left my drinks to sit without warning or bringing me my drinks. She passed by 10 minutes later to tell me my drinks had been sitting at the front. Keep in mind we were both visibly a minority.
DO NOT RECOMMEND. Racial profile and atmosphere DIDNOT feel welcoming

Changing my review after coming from last three years and will try my best not to come here even when they busy because they forgot how to make a coffee and describe you this is how it is rather than asking why what happened.
Person whole day is depend on their first coffee and today they ruin it.
Thank-you for Ruining my today’s day.

This used to be my favorite coffee shop. The last two visits were disappointing. Maybe they have new employees or are too busy with orders, but that doesn't excuse the fact that both times the coffee was made wrong. Each time, they forgot to add the ingredients. Cold neapolitano coffee was missing raspberry syrup. I asked light ice but got half a cup full of ice. The second time, I asked for Banana pancakes latte, and it was completely different and less flavorful drink with different texture.
You guys need to slow down and work on each cup individually, not passing it to each other unfinished. You picked a quantity of over quality.I rather wait 5 more minutes, but I'll get a good cup of drink.
I pay too much for your mistakes. Almost $7 for a cup of pure disappointment. Fix it, or you'll start losing customers

I love Empty Cup! So glad to have a local alternative to big chain coffee shops. Their variety of matcha drinks are all so delicious. I love the addition of pastries from La Belle Baguette and their premade sandwiches available in their fridge. The also offer to heat up your sandwich if you would like. They recently implemented a points program through square which only makes me want to come even more often. I have never had a bad experience at Empty Cup and always leave with an excellent beverage and/or snack!

The inside of this place is absolutely gorgeous. I have only ever had the coffee but have heard very good things about the food. I also buy the beans to use at home myself. Highly recommend the take out coffee as well as the coffee Beans.

I can in for a snack and coffee but I was too late. They ran out 🙁. That’s ok. Took an expresso (called Red eye) and a drip coffee darker roast called nightshift.
The red eye is dark, rich and earthy expresso. The nightshift is light for a dark roast, smooth and satisfying.
I’ll be back again even though it’s a hike out for me.
The pastries they carry come from La Belle Baguette.
