Gelato was great, prices for what you get are great, so happy the staff served us so close to closing but… I need you guys to update the hours on Google! It was embarrassing to show up last second at 9 when it said 10, and PLEASE get larger cups for the medium size! It was melting so fast and spilling all over the floor, all over my clothes and all over my hands! Very sticky experience that kinda ruined the whole thing:(

The gelato is great and so are the portions but PLEASE serve the double in a bigger cup. Once the gelato begins to melt it leaks out and gets all over your hands.

And update your hours on here. It says here you are open until 10pm on Sundays. You are only open til 9pm on Sundays.

Visiting Winnipeg and came here twice in one week I loved it so much. The gelato is sooooo smooth and melts like butter in your mouth.
The only thing I would say is that the flavours don't always relate to what you actually get - my first time I ordered coconut extreme which was really chocolate ice cream with coconut in it. Delicious but not what I expected.
The second time I had banana split and salted caramel. The banana split was great but the salted caramel actually tasted minty for some reason.
Loses one star because the default payment option at the till is to include tips and I felt like I got stared down for putting in 0. I know I'm not from around here guys but please either do something to justify the tip or pay your workers a fair wage.

Eva’s pistachio was a lovely and delicious surprise. It’s hard to get good pistachio gelato outside of Italy but this one comes pretty close. A creamy, delicate nutty flavour had me going back three times during our visit. Hubby had the chocolate chip mint in a chocolate dipped cone and would happily go back anytime. Easy to recommend to gelato lovers.

Staff was very unfriendly and rude for no reason. They made us feel completely unwelcome and as if we did something wrong. Gelato was mediocre and overpriced, to which I think they overcharged me for and did not offer an itemized receipt. Will definitely NOT be going back.

Ice cream is really good and they have a good variety, but the environment is not inviting. On the other hand, they do have ice cream without sugar, so my diabetes relatives love it! Plus the sugarless ice cream is honestly extremely good and you can’t notice the difference, so highly recommend it!

Overcharged and dishonest – be careful

We were shocked to find that they charged us much more than what was listed on the menu. The final bill was significantly higher than expected, with no clear explanation.

When we raised the issue, they made up confusing stories to justify it, but none of it added up. After insisting, they finally gave us our money back — but the experience was frustrating and left us with no confidence in the place. I would not recommend going here.
