Was in your Winnipeg restaurant last night, have to say was probably one of the WORST meals I have ever eaten. What has happened to your restaurant? The brisket was like a dried out piece of leather, soup was lukewarm at best, ribs were terrible. Seriously what has happened to the food quality? This used to be one of my favourite go to places. I recently dined at Famous Dave's and was disappointed with my experience. The corn was chewy, gum like and stale, making it inedible. When I mentioned this to the staff, they refused to replace it with something else unless I paid extra?! This kind of service is frustrating, especially when you expect a certain standard. Overall, the food didn't live up to the hype, and the customer service left much to be desired. Not likely to return
