Famous Wok at Polo Park is honestly just average. The food looks appealing in the display, but the taste doesn’t really match the presentation. It wasn’t terrible, but it definitely didn’t stand out in any way. What disappointed me the most was the customer service. The staff came across as unfriendly and not very welcoming, almost like they were rushing or uninterested in serving customers. There was no warmth, no smile, and no effort to make the experience pleasant. Overall, the food is okay, but the attitude and service take away from the experience. I wouldn’t rush to go back.

I eating here for 15 years last couple visit rude girls working I think they think they do have enough customers then they don’t work on customers service for small extra cups they charge you or if you ask for souse they don’t look happy to give it to you no thank you and bad customer service never go back

The portions are so small I asked them to fill it up, because it was ridiculous. They refused and told me that’s basically the way it is. Honestly the food is good, but the price is too much for what they actually serve. I’m never coming to that place again. Ps: it’s is the one at Polo Park.

Horrible experience trying to order a simple dish with chicken balls and sauce on the side in a separate container....not only did it take 6 back and forth interactions where I'm being treated like I'm dumb just to get the separate container....then they charge and extra 5 dollars for a small clam shell that is worth .30 cents.
