This place was very warm, the a/c was not on and it would be uncomfortable to eat inside here. We ordered a pizza and chicken combo, the food was very under seasoned and the pizza crust soggy. I did not enjoy the chicken at all, I don't think it was pre seasoned prior to cooking, the pieces were small. I'll be going back to my favorite chicken at chicken chef from now on

i used to think the poutine and coleslaw was the best anywhere but one day the gravy tasted like weird chemicals in there and the slaw was so watery it filled a whole large dinner plate with liquid for a medium had to paper towel it up gross(at least squeeze that out before you give it to helpless ppl like That) and there was some old slaw on the bottom of container only... that tasted on the verge of rotting from out of the garbage-. i dont even know if i can even trust the chicken or the guy in the kitchen anymore.. -Thankyou kindly.

I asked for 5 or 6 hot sauces, they said they were in the bag, got home and only 2 were in the bag.

Chicken IS NOT the same here anymore. I’ve been ordering from this location over 20 years. New owners start adding or removing the original ingredients and it completely changes the original flavour we all know and love smh. So disappointed with Chicken Delight 😠 The macaroni salad tastes like sour cream and the coleslaw isn’t as tangy/sweet. Just bland.

Chicken from this location used to be good but tonight’s order was just sad. Chicken pieces were small and the coating was completely bland - what happened to the seasoned coating?? Seemed like the chicken was just re-heated - meat was dry, the skin like rubber - no crispness whatsoever and no juices. We have been ordering here for over 25 years so we know what to expect, and this definitely wasn’t normal Chicken Delight for us. Whoever is running this location is cutting corners and tarnishing the brand.

We ordered take out. We got there before we were supposed to. The drive home wasn't long at all, but when we started eating, the food was already cold. But it was still good

Ordered 3 piece lunch and a chicken burger and fries for eat in, watched a skip and two special other orders that had been put in after my order go out before I was served. Order was put in at 12:06 and didn't get the order until 12:27... was missing the fries on the chicken sandwich. Kitchen completely understaffed

If I could give zero stars I would there was a piece of wire in my box of food, which was taped and stapled and delivered. So it 100% was from the Roblin location restaurant. I called and spoke to the owner. He was absolutely horrendous. He was so ignorant on the phone and extremely rude and basically said he only does something if the food is cold or if it’s gone bad but he said he will not do anything for me for wire in my food so I said that was extremely unprofessional and I will be calling health and safety because he even hung up on me and said that he doesn’t care and he’s the owner and basically too bad for me so I would just like everybody to know, I would not take a chance in ordering food. I could’ve been a kid or an elderly person and took a bite into that and not knew before seeing it, PLEASE don’t place an order from this location be very aware The owner also mentioned that he always gets complaints and he says he doesn’t care. So that just shows what type of establishment this place is being run under. Very sad because I love chicken delight but not taking a chance with this location ever again! Especially with how the owner treats his loyal customers absolutely disgusting I’ve been ordering for years so has my family very upsetting to be talked to like that the way you think you can talk to your paying customers that are just trying to let you know there’s a problem with the order with wire yet I get hung up on and called a liar not very professional!!!
