One of the best location being it in the food court of polo park. Huge parking spots so have a option of more customers. I have been to this place before but couldn't get a chance to eat. This time I got a chance I ordered their best seller pickerel. I like their presentation, transparency and speed. It was really good. But maybe my taste buds I got bored having chowder of same sea food. I don't know if it's possible but if there is another option of that that'll be awesome. Food was reasonable. Might go there again.

This used to be the best fish restaurant in the city but sadly over the years and their rise in popularity they have gone downhill to possibly the worst.
The serving size is almost half of what it used to be and it seems they just don’t care about the quality or their customers anymore.
We have ordered from there at the very least once a week since they first opened (sometimes more) and unfortunately we will never order from there again.
Our last experience for take out everything was thrown together on a paper liner. By the time we got home our car mat was destroyed by the grease (we couldn’t put it in the seat due to the grease) and the coating on the fish was all stuck to the paper not the fish.
It looked like something you would pull out of the garbage. It didn’t taste much better either.
After calling and speaking with the manager I was left with not even so much as an apology. Instead I received a bunch of excuses.

Been ordering from them for a while. Food is great. But I just noticed a new worker who was cutting raw fish with gloves and did not change her gloves or wash her hands when an orders were ready to go onto a tray.. I had a to go order and everything she touched is not contaminated with raw fish..

Very delicious fish n chips! Fish is nicely battered and chips are perfectly fried! Nice authentic fish n chip newspaper wrapping and a nice but simple selection on there menu! Service is pretty good and friendly staff. I highly recommend Fergies if you are wanting to try a new yummy chip shop!

Decided to try for the first time in the Polo Park food court. Was pleasantly surprised with the portion size of a Regular Pickerel meal. It filled me up. Fillets were big and juicy, fries were a classic format, lots of them. Was given a tartar sauce and a lemon with my meal. They have a little condiment bar with ketchup, vinegar, hot sauces, and many different spices. Everything tasted nice. Great value. The only downside was that it took longer than a typical food court to get the food BUT its worth it because I watched them make everything fresh on the spot. I'll wait for that any day. Will definitely be back.
