Love fergies, however I donr understand why the mall locations tend to be more soggy compared to the forks location. Every time I've ate at the mall locations I am met with soggy fries and soggy fish.

Rarely do I go to the mall, so even rarer is eating in the mall food court. Someone was telling me they were going to Fergie’s so that twigged the taste buds. Dropped by the Polo location today and for $25 tax in got the two piece Halibut and fries and a Brisk lemonade. My two pieces could have been a touch bigger comparing it to the one piece my friend had today. Never the less, it was enough fish for me, such a nice breading and hot and tasty. Don’t know if they make their own tartar sauce but it certainly did not taste like the usual squeeze bottle stuff, not overpowering so good. Fries were fresh and hot and a bit if salt and malt vinegar made them pretty much perfect. I’ll be back again soon, I’ll give it 4.7 out of 5 fish hooks!

Awesome Pickerel fish at Fergie’s fish & chips. Pickerel fish is a local water fish in Manitoba so if you visit MB, you must try this fish.
One of the best location being it in the food court of polo park. Huge parking spots so have a option of more customers. I have been to this place before but couldn't get a chance to eat. This time I got a chance I ordered their best seller pickerel. I like their presentation, transparency and speed. It was really good. But maybe my taste buds I got bored having chowder of same sea food. I don't know if it's possible but if there is another option of that that'll be awesome. Food was reasonable. Might go there again.

This used to be the best fish restaurant in the city but sadly over the years and their rise in popularity they have gone downhill to possibly the worst.
The serving size is almost half of what it used to be and it seems they just don’t care about the quality or their customers anymore.
We have ordered from there at the very least once a week since they first opened (sometimes more) and unfortunately we will never order from there again.
Our last experience for take out everything was thrown together on a paper liner. By the time we got home our car mat was destroyed by the grease (we couldn’t put it in the seat due to the grease) and the coating on the fish was all stuck to the paper not the fish.
It looked like something you would pull out of the garbage. It didn’t taste much better either.
After calling and speaking with the manager I was left with not even so much as an apology. Instead I received a bunch of excuses.
