Disappointing. Fish was definitely not up to expectation. Come to Winnipeg every year and this was one of our to do stops. Next year we’ll go to the forks outlet. Hopefully their fish will be up to standards

I love Fergies Fish and Chops but the last 4 times at the St. VIital mall location the fries are not cooked properly. Nothing is worse than raw fries. Im not sure if the fellow is in too much of a hurry and doesn't wait until the fries are thoroughly cooked or what the problem is. I told the server today after at least 4 times of raw fries. Hopefully he takes the time to ensure they are done to perfection as th other locations do.

I been going to both locations for years. They are equally great. One located at St Vital mall the other at the Forks food court. Fish and chips are consistently delicious, I have had both the cod and halibut at different times(pickerel available as well), always good. Not too much batter, served with a lemon slice and tarter sauce. Fries and fish are made fresh for you and everything is piping hot when you get it. Always busy, I have never been there when there has not been a line up but they are fast and efficient. You can choose the portion you are hungry for, snack size to 3 pieces. I have never had a bad experience. I have not found a better place in Winnipeg for fish and chips.

I ordered through a food delivery app. The French fries were so dark that they tasted burned. The food app credited me 50% of my order after seeing a picture.
For what I could eat, it was tasty so I won't knock them for the taste, but hygiene is another thing. Found 2 hairs in my food. Long red hair in the fries and a black hair mixed in the tartar sauce. (I have short brown hair).

I had the Fergie's Pickerel Snack lunch 1 piece of Pickerel and small fries ! WOW Excellent Food made Fresh and face melting Hot ! Staff was Great and Friendly Food was as Fast as Fresh Fish could be and The Mall Food court was Clean and full of People to watch as entertainment . I loved the Food and will return soon for some More !!

I just had soup here. Soup is made of cut up pieces leftover, nothing else there. I talk a guy he was loudly saying come inside I will show you. I should take a photo of the soup which I did not. I thought I should give feedback. I requested owner should keep the quality of soup consistant.
