When I consider all the other choices at this food court I don't know why anyone would eat anywhere else. The staff is great and the food reminds me of my trip to Britain. Beyond compare!

Soggy fish. Soggy fries. All underseasoned. Super overpriced!!!. But worst of all, the "chowder" had turned. It reeked of bad fish. The staff looked like they didn't want to be there. Can you blame them? I hope I don't get sick.

Ordered fries to go, got home (only 5 minutes away, so not long enough for this to be an excuse) the fries were still FROZEN inside. Absolute ice blocks. Not just cold fries because I took them to go, but proper frozen.They also changed the curry sauce, used to be quite good and now it's tasteless and a waste of money. What the hell happened to this place? Use to be decent and now completely unable to provide the most basic of things like cooked fries.

Soooo delicious was the cod fish and chips! Perfectly seasoned. Prepared to beyond expectations! Seriously good! Tartar sauce is made in house. Condiments are help yourself on left side of counter. Order at right side. ?Parking: I prefer to park on south east side of building and enter through Indigo doors. There is a main entrance which is definitely more wheelchair accessible friendly on the north side of building, which brings you right into the food-court area.Wheelchair accessibility: Wheelchair accessibility through doors on north side, which brings you into the food court area, or on the south east side which brings you through the Indigo store.

My favourite place to eat! The food is made to order so it’s super fresh. It’s always hot and tasty. The price is reasonable and affordable. The staff are nice and friendly. Support this restaurant everyone! Best place for fish and chips!

Warning - this location of Fergie's does NOT compare with The Forks or Polo Park locations. Have enjoyed the other locations but this one in St Vital Mall is damaging the reputation of Fergie's. The cod was overcooked and rubbery and I think it had been twice fried. The fries were anaemic and undercooked. I think the cooks have not been trained properly - or you need to change the staff otherwise you will end up having to close. Looks like lots of others have had the same experience. I will not be returning.
