For the type of food (pub meals, appetizers) the price doesn't justify the quality. Used to be a good pub spot, but the nachos are now $27. The service is good. The patio could use better seating, as the tables and chairs are quite austere and not comfortable.
Restaurant was clean. Very attentive staff. food was hot. We were even given extra time to just sit and chat
The food was great. Our server was very attentive and friendly. I found the seating a little too close to other tables- though I understand we were a party of 8 and that would be difficult to accomodate. As we were a larger party in the middle of several smaller more intimate tables I was aware of the volume of the conversation at our table which made us feel a little uncomfortable. But otherwise it was a good dinner spent with family
My family comes in often and we always have a great experience!! Food is delicious and staff is so wonderful.
Good food, great staff.
It was a sensory hellscape for me, but some people like that kind of thing so I can't hold that against them.
The food is great. However, the service was poor, the waitress took our order and we never saw her again. Once we did get our food we waited 25 minutes until we had to get up to find a waitress to get us some hot sauce. After that we did not receive any service and sat there with empty plates for 45 minutes before having to approach a random waitress to get us our bill so we could leave. Then was given dirty looks by staff.
In all my years dinning out and working in restaurants, this was possibly the worst experience I have ever had. The service was so slow. Sitting behind the hostess stand with the f bomb and the amount of perfume was enough to lose your appetite. The food was simply bland and not eatable. Will never recommend and would never go back. We loved Finn’s so much and were regulars on Reagent but never again. Sad state of affairs.
Fionns is one of my favorite spots, and they’re great 90% of the time. Unfortunately, my most recent visit fell short. The burgers just didn’t hit the mark the meat tasted off, not undercooked, but lacking freshness or seasoning (maybe frozen patties?).
It was very busy, so I’ll cut them some slack on service, but there were hiccups. A friend’s order came with no fries, and despite being told more were coming, they never arrived. The staff wasn’t rude, but things moved slowly.
I’m chalking it up to an unusually hectic night and will definitely give them another shot, they’ve earned that trust! Still, I left feeling disappointed this time. Hoping it was just a fluke! .
Like all the other places in this brand. Good food and drinks.

Everything was great, however there seems to be lack of regular height tables in the outdoor dining area. Maybe replace one row of the high tables with regular. Shorter people find sitting on the high chairs very difficult. I'm tall by and even I'm not a fan. That being said the food and service was excellent.
Great Fish Tacos and burgers
The live music was exceptionally good
I have never been inside yet but it looks pretty from the outside looking thru the window.
Me and my mom had dinner here for the first time, great experience our waitress was awesome, we didn’t get her name but she was so friendly we loved her! The food was amazing as well as the drinks! All around I’d say that was the best dine out experience I’ve had in a long long time !
HAVE been inside. 5/5.
