i love this place and will definitely be coming back! our waitress, jania was amazing! so kind and made the experience so much fun. the live music was amazing, it really added so much to the general vibe. the food was obviously amazing as well, we had yorkshire puddings, shepherds pie and fish & chips. 5/5!!! highly recommended!!!!

Very disappointed in my last visit. I've attended 3 times in all the years I lived in the area. First 2 times, great experience. The last time I was there I ordered a beer and a bowl of French onion soup on a colder day a few weeks ago. I got the soup which in fact looked superb. I had a few spoon fulls and was not all that impressed when there was next to no broth. Soggy bread and cheese is what I got. I politely asked if I can have a bit more broth as I picked out most of the soggy bread. The bartender (possibly manager) said that would not be possible in a ignorant manner. She said if she did that it would throw off their portions. I responded saying that I did not want to continue with the soup then. She responded "FINE" and grabbed the soup and walked away. Upon her return she came back with a ignorant attitude. I had only had w sips of the pint of beer I ordered which was $10 at 4pm (happy hour price?) WOW! I saidto her actually you can have the beer back too because of her attitude. I got up and put my jacket on while she gave a snarky look. I said have a great day and I will make sure to leave a review. I walked away and her response was oh I'm sure you will. I will never attend back there again.
What a shame!

Really good food. Service was very good as well. We went when there was not many people but can see it getting very loud when full. Open concept and pub like atmosphere. I’d hesitate going if you’re looking for an intimate setting but recommend if you’re looking for a good place to go for a night out with friends

This was my first visit, and it was a little underwhelming. The service was very good, but improvements could be made with regards to the food and the atmosphere. I ordered the Chicken Club Trio. The ingredients in the sandwich were skimpy, and the grilled chicken was over cooked. The Roasted Mushroom soup was delicious, but barely warm. The House Salad was very good. The veggies were fresh and crisp, and the Balsamic vinaigrette was very tasty. The server was fantastic! She was polite, friendly, knowledgeable about the men, and attentive. A refresh in the restaurant’s decor would improve the atmosphere. It’s a little tired looking and the seating is very uncomfortable.

I ordered from this location via Ubereats and it was a massive disappointment. The 2 kids chicken tenders and fries came with 3 chunks of greasy chicken. Not only was the longest ‘tender’ a maximum of 2 inches long, they were so overcooked that it was inedible. They also forgot to add the garlic and Parmesan fries to one of my orders.
Additionally, they forgot my side order of extra fries.
Although the spinach and artichoke dip was good, the grilled naan was burnt and inedible.
Overall, a very disappointing food experience and I would not order again.
Diningroom area had closed before we arrived but there was room in the bar area. Good service, friendly staff

First time at Fionns. We decided to sit on the patio to enjoy the last days of warmer weather to celebrate birthday. The food was delicious ( hats off to the chef !!), and our server ( sorry I forgot his name - was wearing glasses, tattoos and T-shirt with Jack Daniels) totally went above and beyond and we had really pleasant experience at your restaurant. So impressed we will be back . Thank you!
