Staff was really nice & friendly. Beats the other two sub joints. I was at the one on tailor street by the old hydro building. The staff took the time to explain how thing work. Unreal it's now my new sub place when I want a sub. Great job keep the great work up..

Much better than our only other experience, in Charleston SC. We had two different sandwiches and took samples from each other, good all around. Not cheap like the ubiquitous entry into the category, but honestly worth the extra cost. We will for sure be back!

The subs are delicious, the app has deals and is easy to use, and it’s nice to order ahead of time so you don’t have to wait. It can take some time if you order there.

Absolutely AMAZING food...
I'm not sure what all the horrible reviews are all about. The people are amazing, They work fast and are friendly as can be, the FOOD is 2nd to NONE...(Say goodbye to subway forEVER along with any other sub shop. They absolutely LOAD the subs with meat and put exactly what you want on the sub. I think people are either doing a 1 star bomb for some petty reason or that the first group of workers were maybe not so great or just getting used to their new job. As of now (November 9th 2024) this place is 2nd to none for subs. Give them a shot. BTW I am pretty critical when it comes to food. Take my word for it. Happy eating folks :)

Order delivery? They came open. Anybody could have tampered with my food? And when I called to ask why it was delivered with an open bag, they told me. Well, the driver shouldn't have picked it up. Why put it in a spa where the drivers can pick it up? If it's not supposed to be picked up when it's open. Unfriendly unhelpful waste of sixty dollars to order food and to throw it in the garbage.Because anybody could have tampered with it then refuse to give a refund even though they're the ones that let the driver take an open bag where they could easily tamper with it for safety reasons, just avoid this place

Ordered a $25 French dip and they don’t even send the au jus lol. Plus the subs are a soggy mess. Definitely PASS if you’re thinking of ordering delivery and only eat in.

I think I may have just had the best sub sandwich in my life. I am visiting from Nova Scotia and felt like a sub for lunch . WOW!
