I usually love Five Guys. The food is great and the service at this location is impeccable. I recently visited this location after being offered a BOGO deal, but it wouldn’t work in the app. That was really disappointing, especially since I came in specifically because of the promotion and the drive is not easy for me. I hope management can look into the app/offer issues so customers can actually use the deals being advertised.

Five guys is usually always delicious but this location absolutely destroys the bacon super over cooked even coming out black I don’t believe any of the staff eat this meat and therefore have no idea how to even cook it properly

I gave 5 guys an excellent review 2 years ago but things have dramatically changed... The last few months I have been there the customer service is terrible. I always order ahead thinking when I arrive i will get my order in which the online app says 10 minutes, I arrive and still have to wait an extra 10 to 15 minutes. I also find the skip employees hover the front of the counter making it very hard for a customer to ask questions or pick up there orders very frustrating. Think about making lines where skip orders are on one side and customers on the other. Food orders have been mixed up or completely forgotten when I arrive, this never happened before. I find the burgers are not as good and your getting very cheap on the fries meaning the amount, food is not cheap there. Used to be me my go to for burgers and fries but not anymore.

Heard so much about Five Guys, that they are realy good, and blah blah blah... In fact the taste of cheeseburger on the same level as Wendy's(taste is nice, 6 of 10), but for some reason its price 13 dollars. Overrated and overpriced, never gonna come back here.

Was just sitting down eatting december 30th 6:56pm watch an employee give the wrong bag of food to customer who took food back to there table took all the items out of the bag then employee says thats not yours i gave you wrong one. Then they put all food back in the bag and send it out the door with the skip the dishes driver. Absolutely disgusting. Pull up the cameras watch for yourself.

Five Foxes in a Trenchcoat
Hands down the best fast food burger. I love the range of customization that you get for free and the veggies are always fresh, they even use fresh jalapeños which is nice. They cook their bacon extra crispy which is just how I like my bacon. The buns are good quality and don’t fall apart. They’re also one of the few burger places in Winnipeg that make a real poutine with cheese curds, which is delicious and big enough to feed two people and they’re not skimpy with the gravy (looking at you, Dairy Queen). On that note, their portion sizes are big and chances are that you will get a mountain of fries. They also put very little to no salt on their fries but they’re good enough without it. Their milkshakes are also very good. They also don’t use paper straws that disintegrate within 5 minutes, instead opting to use agave straws. They also use wooden cutlery instead of plastic, which is much less likely to break. They’re well-staffed and won’t leave you waiting at the counter. Service is on the faster side, even during peak hours I’ve never waited more than 30 minutes for my food.

Best 5 guys in Winnipeg hands down! Amazing staff food is always on par/consistent yes you have to wait but what do you expect for “homemade” style food it takes a while to make just have patience it’s worth your wait! No matter what you get you’re gonna enjoy it last time I came someone complained about there burger and they were very rude and the employee was so nice! He apologized wrote down the new order for the burger. The employees here are on another level of friendly some of the best customer service around!
