I recently tried the veggie burger at Five Guys. It tasted okay, but it wasn’t anything special, so I wouldn’t call it the best burger out there. I added fries and a drink to my order—the fries were in huge quantity, which was nice. The free peanuts & Drink refills were a bonus, and the classic Five Guys ambiance was good

I went to five guys with my son this evening, excited to enjoy some "burgers and shakes." To our surprise, they were out of milkshakes! How is it even possible to run out of something so essential to your menu? It was incredibly disappointing, especially as shakes are a key part of the five guys experience.
We ended up staying for the burgers, but the lack of milkshakes really dampened our visit. I hope this was just a one-time issue, but it left us questioning whether we’d return. If you're advertising shakes, make sure you have them!

This location is horrible. The eating area is always dirty and the staff just stare at you when you ask them to clean a table. I went to the bathroom to grab a paper towel and some soap to clean it myself. The floor is also disgusting. I ordered a hot dog and it was pressed flat in the wrapping. The last few times I ate here I had stomach issues. I will never eat here again.

Our visit to Five Guys was a total letdown. The service was abysmal - we were treated rudely and made to feel unwelcome. Hygiene was another major concern; and receiving poorly wrapped burgers was a hygiene risk we weren't willing to take. It's a shame because we used to enjoy dining at other establishments, but after this experience, we'll be taking our business elsewhere.

The burgers were poorly wrapped, which exposed them to an unclean surface. Not what you expect from a supposedly reputable chain. I've visited other Five Guys locations in Winnipeg, Dubai, Singapore, Malaysia, and the USA, and the service has always been great, unlike this one. To make matters worse, when we returned the burgers and explained the problems, they refused to refund us. Won't be returning.
They are fast and, in my opinion, have the best fries and burgers.
