One of my favourite burger joints for a chain restaurant. The burgers are fresh made and the toppings are plentiful. The poutine was also very good and they serve one of the best banana milkshakes around. If I had to make a complaint the place could be a bit cleaner and I don't know how often staff wipes down or cleans the tables and chairs. Not very often or at least not super well based on where we sat. But otherwise we always have a good dining experience.

When you place an order, they ask if you want something else. You kindly repeat your order again, then they ask if you want something else.
You repeat the above process over and over and over and over until all Five Girls have their way with you. There's not even One Guy there to help. You stand there at the cash register like it's Groundhogs Day.
Open grills in front of you, grills full of what you're asking for, but then they ask you if you want something else...
Zero Guys, not Five. It's impossible to place an order and you just have to walk out and leave

The food especially the gravy is the worst, zero flavor and thin like water!! Savd your money!

Do not enter building if you have a nut allergy! While you wait for your order free unshelled peanuts are available to eat at your table. Which I enjoyed, but for others with nut allergies, I think it is a statement being made that they cannot guarantee nut free options. Very friendly, helpful people work here. The special part is you pick what kind of burger you want ie) double patty, vegetarian etc. You choose from toppings they vocally list off ie) onions, cooked mushrooms, peppers, pickles, mayo, etc. ask for extra of toppings at no cost. (Extra cheese you are charged. Fries made on site and they post what sort of potatoes they are using each day by the order area. One order of fries can be easily shared by 2 or 3 adults. You fill your own drink with free refills. You wait for your order by the counter or sit at a table until your number is called, which is found at the bottom of your receipt. Stay in and eat or take out option is available, but all orders given to you in a bag. Utensils, and napkins on the counter for you to take.

The last I had Cajun fries was around March 2025, today I was passing by and decided to have some fries and oreo milkshake. Milkshake was good however, I was soo disappointed with the fries. There was no seasoning at all. Not even salt. The fries were too soggy. I waited there for around 7-8 mins hoping to get the same delectable fries but was let down. There was no taste at all. And the customer service is also not at all welcoming there. Just doing the job for the sake of it. I think this is the reason the taste has changed, no one is interested in keeping the brand image held high. I tried reaching out as mentioned in my comment below but the link never works. Its just for the sake i believe. No proper resolution/ customer service. Sad

They have fantastic burgers. On this trip I tried out there grill cheese and poutine. The wife had a cholocate shake. All was great. To top it off the staff was very friendly. Highly recommend.
