Very disappointed in this Five Guys location ( Leila Av) I ordered grilled cheese cheeseburger and was given two buns and cheese slices in both with no burger patties not very happy with this location considering I've been coming to this location for years. This Five guys is slippin. I don't want to start going to another location so pls do better and actually listen to the customers order.

I ordered fries with my order and I didn’t receive any. That in itself wasn’t a terrible experience but as to how they handled it was terrible. I brought this to their attention by showing my receipt I told them what happened that I didn’t receive an order of it after ordering and just repeated ‘your order did not come with fries’. Yes, I just said that. Do these workers have very little critical thinking and customer service skills that they don’t first ASK or apologize?
And that lady gave me an attitude and a dismissive look on her face for bringing up the mistake that the person on the cash register made when taking my order. They gave me a drink as compensation which at that point didn’t make much of a difference as I was already offended as to how they handled it.
And when I received the fries from the same girl whom I spoke with earlier, she still kept giving me an attitude and a face like she didn’t want to serve me even though they’re the one who made the mistake. And not to mention the quantity and quality of the fries. It was not at all HOT as to what I was accustomed to at five guys because it’s supposed to be fresh. Not only that, they didn’t even fill the fries up in the typical 5 guys fashion unlike the other locations. It was extremely very little fries in comparison to their usual standard.
I only came to this location out of pure convenience and location. However clearly no one should be going here and just take the drive to the farther ones if they wanted a better dining and a better experience overall. Pathetic customer service and this place doesn’t uphold the standard of what 5 guys is known for. What happens when you hire Indians with no customer service skills and experience. Probably only call centre.

The food is fine but for some reason the cooks have a very hard time following special order instructions. We've been to all Winnipeg locations and ordered crispy fries and only very rarely, have received them that way. We've taken them back, we've emailed our concerns to management and in the four years we've been going here, they just can't manage it. Our last meal there (Leila location), we got soggy fries, complained and were offered a free meal. We declined it and reiterated our complaint and said we would not be returning to any of their locations. Also, at the Leila location, they kept an open box of peanuts for customers, on the counter beside the garbage and this never changed after we complained a few times....not very hygienic.

They recently reduced the amount of fries in a large/regular order so you're not getting the usual multiple cup scoops that you normally do from other locations.

The atmosphere is awesome – super lively and fun! And the service was great; the staff were friendly and on it. 👍 However, the food was just okay.
Awesome burgers and hotdogs. Good ingredients and really good fries, I like the cajun fries. Poutine also very good,

Five Guys is the place for fresh made to order burgers and fries! Toppings galore. Milkshakes are the best!
The restaurant is clean. Washrooms are extremely clean, especially with the high volume of customers.
Staff always greets you with a smile! Efficient at point of sale!
Shout out to MARK! I really appreciate his friendly, outgoing demeanor! Always smiling. Makes you feel valued and welcomed! He is a real asset to Five Guys!
I have eaten at Five Guys establishments in Washington, DC, Virginia, Pennsylvania and North Dakota, by far the Winnipeg Leila location shines above the rest!
