We've been ordering from here for about 4 years now and the food is always so good and tastes fresh. We've never had an issue until today, they forgot our spring rolls and handled it amazingly. They brought us our spring rolls as well as a free fried rice. I would've been happy without the rice as they're always so nice to us but that was an unexpected surprise and we were very impressed with how they handled the situation. Highly suggest this place as the food and customer service is good.

Absolutely fantastic Chinese food! The flavors were rich, the portions generous, and the service was warm and welcoming. Everything was freshly prepared and beautifully presented. Definitely my go-to spot for authentic Chinese cuisine. Highly recommend!

Great food, the lunch combo is a good deal. I've been ordering from here for many years.
The amount of food we received was much less than expected for the price we paid.
Great lunch specials, very affordable
Good service

While this happened a few years ago I had a similar experience as another reviewer where I was overcharged on my order to the tune of about $13.00.I complained and showed the woman at the cash register my order and how much she overcharged me and all’s she could say was ‘Oh…mistake.’ Seriously? My order was around $28 so how does she tack on an extra $13.00?That was the last time I ever ordered food there and I thought as I was leaving the restaurant and I saw a table of people having alcoholic drinks with their meal ‘Check your bill very carefully guys.’Personally I think that she was scamming and hoping the customer wouldn’t notice.I found the food became subpar over the years that Five Spice was there.

Absolutely terrible. Hoisin and oyster sauces watered down to have almost no flavour. Butterflied shrimp not butterfied and the batter was rock hard! Lemon chicken was soaked in grease. Soggy, bland fillings in their rolls. Spent $270 and got inedible food. Really disappointed.

Sorry but it is important to mention that I ordered a spicy soup that came with vegetables but the soup flavour was missing. Secondly the egg rolls were grease and the soda pops 2 for 5 was a bit pricey .Thanks

Is the food good? Yes. However, their customer service model is not. Nor is their price-point. We received ~7 standard size plate quantities for the $145 we spent (after tax), which would usually amount to 9 to 10 meals. Specifically the honey ribs were an extremely small portion. Additionally, they would not honor the 10% discount when paying cash listed on their menu. They instead insisted we receive complimentary chicken fried rice, which we did not want. Lastly, and probably the most pertinent, is that they would not provide the breakdown of the food menu when I arrived to pick up. Ie. A copy of the menu circling what they recorded, assumably made, and a charged for, when I called with the order. Due to this we were overcharged and provided items which were not ordered, and an incorrect order.
Got food poisoning from a chicken ball.
