Yesterday, I placed an order at 1192 Jefferson Ave, Winnipeg, MB R2P 0C7 around 1:46 PM — the Flying Feast Combo.
The wait time was about 25 minutes, which was perfectly acceptable. The chicken wings were tasty, and the bread was good too — no complaints there. However, the pizza was absolutely awful. The Italian sauce was so sour it was nearly inedible. Maybe it’s just my taste, but honestly — it was way too acidic.
But the worst part — and the reason I’m writing this — is that I found a long black hair baked into one of the slices. That’s completely unacceptable and extremely unpleasant.
I would really like to hear a response from the manager about this. Thank you.

I always love to support local businesses, but unfortunately, my experience here was disappointing. The pizza was not well done and overly spicy—even for someone like me who enjoys spice. I was expecting better quality, especially considering how great Flying Pizza at Edison is.
Additionally, when I went to pick up my order, I noticed a lack of professionalism in how some staff members were dressed. While one employee was dressed appropriately, others did not maintain a proper appearance. I believe a more professional approach would greatly improve the customer experience.
I genuinely hope the management takes this feedback into consideration and works on improving both food quality and service. Looking forward to seeing positive changes in the future!

They dont deliver between 4-6:30 pm which is ridiculous for a pizza place. I waited and called after 6:30 and they said they dont have any drivers, so dont expect delivery after 6:30 either. And if you choose to dine in they dont have any cups so you have to buy drinks for 7-eleven.

They used to have the best pizza for a crazy low price. It's not as good as it was before, but I still buy from there sometimes, as their pizza is still pretty good. They're the only place around to serve good pizza by the slice.
