Someone I know told me about these meals. I tried a couple of individual meals first and both my husband and really liked them. I then ordered a large quantity of meals to help (me) get through weeks of helping my husband more after his knee replacement. This way I didn't have to also worry about getting food cooked. I will use them often - not just at times like this. Their food tastes like your own home cooking.

What a wonderful business Food for Thought is! My Mom lives on her own, and is unable to cook her meals. I ordered a few meals initially to give them a try, and I have been ordering ever since. The meals can be microwaved as well as heated in the oven, so it is super convenient. And Mom is a fussy eater. The shepherds pie is delicious and the turkey dinner, bbq chicken and tuna casserole meals are some of her favorites to mention a few. My husband and I stock up as well. We always have some meals on hand in our freezer. We are so happy with this company. I can give my Mom way more variety than I could when I was doing all her meal prep myself. I really like the fact that they are a Winnipeg company. I feel good when she is getting tasty nutritional meals. Don't hesitate to place an order. Thank you Food for Thought:)

The cozy comfort food that Food For Thought offers is satisfying in size, taste and offers an amazing value. My favourites are the Peroghy Casserole, Beef stew and the tangy cabbage roll dinner. Was gifted this after our child was born and very thankful for the easy and delicious meals! The orange chicken was our fav. Portions are very fair but not big by any means. Very kind staff and easy ordering.

Ordering online was very easy. Staff were very friendly and helpful. However the food was absolutely awful. I would compare it to hospital food. Very over priced for what you get, and I was left hungry after I finished my individual meal. I would not go back.

I've been ordering for almost a year now and the meals are so delicious! The on-line ordering process is so easy and quick, and I've never had a problem with my pickup. It takes minutes to get the box put in my vehicle and be on my way. I've tried most of the chicken and pork meals and they've all been delicious! Some of my favorites are Paella and Herb Roast Chicken. My most recent favorite is the new Pizza Quiche! It was fabulous! Thank you Food For Thought! You are awesome!

So far most meals and such were spot on good(as gifted for my mom). Unfortunately the meatballs drowned in gravy left something to be desired and the blueberry pie wasn’t that good, using farmed berries instead of wild & delicious NWO blueberries (the best on the planet btw) at least Europes Best Wild frozen blueberries or PC are a close second…just some food for thought but overall very good meals.Edit: most meals were very good, especially the roast beef dinner & bbq chicken dinners, lasagne
