Came at 7:15 looking to do a take out order for food. Sign says they close at 8.
We were told they were no longer making food and we were past the cut off. No where did it say anything about a deadline.
Say you close at 7 if thats the case, restaurant was empty anyways. Poor customer service.

horrible, their menu is not updated their kwek kwek is raw and the batter is not cooked. this is very disappointing the kwek kwek was stale and RAW
Came at 10:45am on a Saturday (their door hours sign shows 10am opening time on a Saturday). Also called them and no one answered. Please update your hours if you can’t meet the hours stated.
A big letdown. I was gonna go to Batchoy House with my family, but they were closed, so we went here instead. The eggroll was good, but the beef tapsilog was not that great. The beef was sweet, and the garlic was sweeter. We had good service and our seating was nice.
Not good service! Even if there’s an event, you should remember that there are other customers.

I called their restaurant for take-out 15 times but no one answered. Their Crispy Pata is good but if their service is like this, it isn’t very encouraging to get food from here. Their staff needs to do better if they want more customers.

We went at Foodtrip kitchen to try out their food. I read bad reviews about how slow their food service was but it wasn’t like that during our visit. We got served at around 15-20 mins after ordering and food was great and freshly cooked. My daughter liked their Filipino spaghetti and garlic shrimp. And we are planning to do her birthday celebration there which is I’m really excited about.
I only gave 4 stars because the table that we got wasn’t cleaned very well and has that sticky feel and also there wasn’t enough staff available to ask for help or maybe everybody is just busy because there was a birthday party during our visit. But overall, good experience!

We ordered the crispy pata, bicol express and sisig tofu…All are delicious and highly recommended.
Restaurant is clean. The owner is nice and very accommodating. We will definitely recommend this place to all our friends in Winnipeg.

Ordered door dash longsilog, tapsolog and lugaw. Lugaw was so so crispy chicken skins were a nice touch. Not sure if the breakfast rice was supposed to be garlic fried rice but it just seemed like plain rice, fail, Filipino breakfast is clutch with that strong garlic flavour of the fried rice with the saltiness of the meat and savoury egg yolks. Egg was done nice but didn’t even know i was eating langonisa as it was an odd consistency and taste with an odd gloss. Double fail. Would I have breakfast here again? I’ll cook next time thanks

Customer service was very poor..we waited for our order for almost 45 mins and we decided to take out our order instead eating there..when we came to our hotel we found out they didnt give the right order for us..my husband pone them if they can deliver to our hotel coz its not that far from their location bt they said no..so all i can say is theres no reason for me to recommend to my friends..its not a good place to eat with family and friends

They did double booking and told us it was miscommunication. Notified us the day before the party. First and last booking with this banquet.
They said its miscommunication about double booking party.
First time coming here regardless of hearing negative things. I understand why now, will definitely be my last. Waited 15 minutes for someone to take my order at the counter; there was a sign that said “Ring for service” but there was no bell. Finally ordered TWO plates of tocino and egg that came to $23. Ridiculously overpriced. Followed by waiting 30+ minutes for our food. While waiting for our food, I witnessed a couple walk in and was also waiting to place an order at the counter but then eventually LEFT out of frustration due to lack of service.Hard to wrap my head around why the long wait for the food, because there was only 3 other groups of people in the whole dining area. One group only JUST got their food right before we got ours, so who knows how long they were waiting for their food.Genuinely disappointed overall, they have potential to compete with other filipino breakfast places, but until their customer service improves drastically, I can’t see them ever being an option for people in the future.

It's hit or miss, good food for a budget friendly price.
Service- very poor, it took like 30 minutes to serve my order, despite that we were the only one waiting for dine in.Front liner didn't even follow up my order or give us updates on whats going on, good thing there is one kitchen staff saw us waiting and she immediately did our order even though shes not on duty yet. They give us water after they serve everything supposed to be the first thing they will serve, and it was serve with no ice. I will not definitely come back on this place.
