Sat Nov 2 @ approx 1030am. Watched a barista cough into her hands and go on to serve customers their coffee with unwashed, germy hands.

Our 5 year old ordered a “kids latte” (steamed milk), they ended up being served a real latte with coffee. Mistakes happen, however they refused to take it back or make a normal kids steamed milk unless we paid again?!

Was very busy when I went on Sunday but the staff made the line go very quick. Had a hot matcha latte that reminded me how I much I enjoy them! Staff was friendly but to the point (understandable as it was very busy) the atmosphere is a little lacking but not the staffs fault at all as they are located inside the forks where it's loud and crowded.

They put a lot of sugar in their iced matcha latte so I recommend asking for for less sweetener. Other than that matcha was really good
