Came for a coffee on a friend's recommendation. Just to be met with a sign that says on break till 11:10, despite being 11:45. No coffee no service. Disappointed.

On January 30th, I walked over to your establishment with a coworker for an afternoon coffee. When we arrived there were several people waiting for their orders. I noticed a sign by the cash that said you were closed at 3pm, I said to my coworker that it was 2:58. At this point one of your staff just glared at us to the point where I said to my coworker we could go somewhere else. We definitely did not feel welcome to purchase anything. That staff member grabbed the sign then slammed it on the case next to the cash and said what do you want? Now if she had said they had already shut the equipment down, no problem we would have went elsewhere. My bad for not getting there sooner. We did end up ordering a vanilla latte and an iced chai latte, well wouldn't you know when I got back to the office no vanilla in my coffee. This was not a very good experience and awful customer service. I think I will brave the cold and walk to Tom Bargen, I have never felt unwelcome there or been treated that way.

Recently I had the pleasure of visiting your establishment and, as an avid coffee lover, I wanted to provide some feedback on the beverage I tasted. While preferences certainly vary, I couldn't help feeling let down by the extra roast applied to the beans. In my view, a quality brew toust succeeds in showcasing a bean's natural flavors. Additional charring tends to obscure this, diminishing the distinct taste aficionados seek. I understand sweetened or creamy options appeal to many, but for those appreciating subtle nuances, extra roasting could contradict the goal of a well-crafted cup. When I requested a regular preparation, the flavor was better yet still seemed lacking in full complexity. I think providing different toasting levels could please more people, making sure those who like stronger coffee and those who prefer lighter tastes both feel happy with your choices. Thanks for thinking about what I said. I'm glad to keep coming to your cafff'e and excited to enjoy the perfect roasted coffee another time.

Everything was very tasty, so I was told that if I didn't like it, they could remake it. Also a nice view from the window and not expensive drinks

Definitely my go to for Matcha! They have the best in the city IMO. One worker always remembers my drink order, which makes me so happy! One of the best cafes ever :)

One of my new go to places for a caffeine fix. Friendly staff. They have a stamp card, every drink you buy you get a stamp, collect 10 and you get a free drink. One of the people recognized me and gave me a stamp for the previous drinks I bought.

Great menu options and the service is very friendly. It's in a great location and, personally, I like the neat, minimalist design. Also the hot chocolate is a 10/10.
