Still good. Rating 3.5 and some days 4 stars. A bit inconsistent in terms of taste now. Do not know quite what to expect when we go here. Used to be much better and the food was always great. Still a good option. Great portion sizes. Their duck is fresh and definitely 5 star.

Clean but dated and cluttered, warm. Food was excellent and big portions. Great value for the price. We came early on a Friday evening and it filled up fast!
It was very delicious, very big portion, very recommended!!!
This place has really gone down the dumpster
Quality of food is bland, and some options arent the best, the prices are actually quite pricey.
They get beat by fastfood mall chinese, and other places in winnipeg.
The owner is very old and near retirement, honestly he should throw in the towel at this point
Your classic hole in the wall
The restaurant decor is outdated, and the place is a bit dirty, But its some of the best Chinese food I have ever had
Very poor customer service. Waited for more than an hour for nothing. No apologies or what. Not recommended.
The food was great and plentiful for the price. If food is your only concern and you don't care about decor, vibe, or ambiance this is your place
This has to be one of the worst experiences I’ve ever had.
I got there they asked for my phone number, I gave it to them, they gave me the food to take home. I spent $80 and when I called to let them know they gave me the wrong order they said that I said my name was Tracey when they asked for my number. I like 30 mins away and they were raising their voice at me and talking over me about how I need to go there when they screwed up my order. They didn’t say they were going to refund me or have someone deliver to me. They just said that I was wrong and hung up.
This was a very unpleasant experience and I usually give every one the benefit of the doubt. Truly disappointed.

Restaurantji Recommends
Horrible, a few waiters (including mine) saw an ice cream truck. They all proceeded to run out of the restaurant yelling for the truck to stop. They all came back with ice creams and a waiter had the audacity to serve me whilst eating her ice cream. Not to mention the food which was extremely mediocre and kind of gross, my water even tasted salty. Would not recommend at all.

Ordered for delivery was over charged by close to $25 and was not allowed to pay with credit.
Wouldnt even give us a receipt for the purchase.
And to describe the food as anything other than inedible is a gross overestimation.
The chicken balls were over salted and doughy. The veal and honey chicken were soggy and vile. While also being over salted and undercooked.
The chow mein was bland and cold and the pieces of meat looked to be straight from a pack as well as dry and over cooked.
The fried rice was cakey and congealed together as one bland underseasoned mess of undercooked veg and over cooked chicken.
The beef and broccoli was a mess of mostly broccili and some sauce while lacking any kind of flavour, and the beef that was there was actually quite tender but combined with the over cooked broccoli the entire dish was just mushy .
I have seen the other reviews speaking of how this establishment used to be good, and to say that i cannot even envision this place of business being ever beyond vile is an execercise in imagination.

Chow mein had all types of animal parts several shards of bones to almost break your teeth or choke on. Pork dish was as tough as leather. Better off as dog food.

Ginger beef was overcooked and the shrimp was undercooked. I won't be returning.
