First time ordering from the portage location. Seen through TikTok review and it didn’t disappoint. Ordered the medium all meat and medium Tyroni. I would highly recommend trying them. We are definitely going back to order on our next pizza night

This is the first time I’ve ever written a review on something, that’s how bad this pizza was. I grew up loving franks pizza, the original franks in Selkirk. Anyways the other day I work a 12 hour shift an I order a tyroni with extra cheese, I get home to eat an it’s the most pathetic pizza I’ve ever seen, very thin with very little toppings and did not look like extra cheese was added And I paid 36 bucks for this garbage an then they expect a tip when I pick the damn pizza up. Never going back an id recommend to order elsewhere. I’d give it a negative star if had the option.

The pizza is amazing but nothing will top the Cajun wings! Honestly the best wings I have ever had! Do not believe the bad reviews, each time I order pizza it’s great! Always consistent with the quality and taste. Staff are always super friendly! As for the prices, yeah they are a bit higher than others but you get what you pay for! The pizza here is cheaper and way better than BP and other bigger chains. And no I am not a relative or an employee, just keeping it real!

Thought I'd give it a shot tonight - regretted it. Mainly from a cost perspective, $69 for two medium pizza's is ridiculous (and one of them was half cheese! and was pickup, so no delivery fees). Yes, the quality is better than something like pizzapizza, or hotline, but not in relation to the cost. Won't be ordering again.

Me and my cousin ordered a pizza on this fine Tuesday afternoon and the pizza was a bit dry so we called back and we asked if we can get a new pie made and I think the owner was working and he honoured his warranty. I guess you say, and he made us a new pie and it taste 10 times better. Nothing Bad on the restaurants we can’t always get it right, but greatly appreciated the professionalism

very clean inside, very nice staff. ordered gluten free pizza & never got sick from cross contamination. i have to say it is on the pricier side for me personally however the quality was definitely within, and it was a nice treat. we will definitely be ordering again.

This pizza is garbage, dont waste your money. $40 for a large pizza... they used canned mushrooms on a $40 pizza. Meat was ok, crust sucks. Would have just saved my money and went to flying pizza if i knew it was this bad. Sauce is terrible. Would definitely not recommend. Cheese toast is trash to. Me and the gf had 1 piece each and threw rhe rest out. We got 1 large 4 topping, 1 medium 2 topping, and a cheese toast. They also charged me 3.50 to add mushrooms on a pizza and didnt say anything about a extra cost when we asked for a 2 topping pizza

Always like to support a local small business, so we tried Frank's for first time last weekend. Even though the price seemed high I thought I would try it to see what it's all about. The pizza was top quality and they have some unique offerings, but we didn't feel it was worth the premium price for us. The cheeseburger pizza and CBR were delicious.

First time ordering from Frank’s! This is the best Pizza we have ever tried! We ordered the All Meat and it is incredible!! So much meat and cheese! Crust is Delicious! Reheated taste just as amazing! Quick Delivery and very nice friendly Driver! Ordered the poutine too and it was delicious!

Ordered a large all meat pizza. For the price at $48, which is a lot for one pizza, I felt like there was a lot to be desired. There was not really anything special about the pizza, and local competitors offer similar quality for a lower price.
The toppings were under the cheese, which I don't like, and the pizza toppings slid off of the pizza, which made eating it difficult. I also felt like for an "all meat" pizza, there could have been more toppings especially for the price point.
