I went with my moti mother in law, and we were actually genuinely traumatized with how bad it was. I had terrible Paddi’s right after eating it and my stomache hurt so bad that I almost gave birth to Javed right there and then. So much grease, no taste, and 1000 calories for one burger. It was so bad it shocked the vitalliiii out of me. The next day my potty was so motti and reeked of diddy baby oil. Heck I think diddy himself showed up in front of the toilet when I pooped out the traumatizing beef burger. the service was also terrible, I’d rather be eating YAYAS carrots then those burgers and fries. I had to go watch legoshi uchiha to cleanse my mind and forget about that nonsense. Would not recommend.

Took my mom here for the first time, burger was ok, lacking in a bit of flavor, but still good, super thin patties should have more flavor, price was about 20% more than what we got or compared to say burger king, which would also have twice the burger, but still better. Not a fan of shoestrings, but will go for the onion rings next time, tray was wet, not impressed by that. Hope that changes

I came in for some frozen custard at around 7:00ish today in the evening with 2 other people and we had an awful experience. Not 1, not 2, but all 3 of our orders were screwed up. And we were quite clear, all ordering pretty slowly, and we all ordered one at a time to what seemed like a very experienced cashier.

I ordered a mini chocolate concrete with a cookie dough add-in - I received a mini chocolate concrete with chocolate chips, not cookie dough. And boy was there chocolate chips, waaaaay too many chocolate chips! Like literally at least half the cup (or more) was chocolate chips. Who wants that many chocolate chips??? It was quite ridiculous and not super enjoyable.

Person 2 ordered a mini chocolate concrete with hot fudge as a mix-in - They received a mini chocolate concrete with, you guessed it, and ungodly amount of chocolate chips, not the hot fudge swirl as ordered. Whats with the chocolate chips??? No one asked for chocolate chips and we sure as hell didn't want 100,000 of them in our mini concretes. Some of the bites were literally more chocolate chip than custard!

Person 3 ordered a small vanilla sundae with the caramel sauce on top - They received a small vanilla sundae with chocolate sauce on top, not caramel. The order isn't what the person wanted or was expecting at all but THANK GOODNESS they spared at least one of us from the chocolate chip mayhem!

In addition to the truly overwhelming amount chocolate chips and screwed up orders, the custard was quite soupy. It was unusually melty/runny from the moment we received them. We had 5 or 6 good bites before it was just straight soup. Idk if that's the norm, or if it was meltier because we got ours straight from the machine, or if it was sitting out, or what? But I would've definitely preferred it more firm with some structure to it.

I have never tried their actual food, but it looked really good and am excited to try it someday... but I hope that the experience is vastly different because I am 1 chocolate chip away from never eating here again lol.

Went to Freddy's for the first time for lunch today. I was greeted by a young lady with a smile. I noticedrighr away that each employee was working with a smile. Very friendly as well. I ordered a double bacon cheeseburger meal, a side of chicken strips and a pumpkin pie concrete mixer. My pumpkin pie concrete mixer was made quickly. While I waited for my food, I took a few bites from my pumpkin pie mixer and was immediately in heaven. It was so good! This is a mixer that definitely needs to be available year round lol. I was then greeted by the owner and had a nice little chat with him. I told him that Freddy's reminds me of my favorite burger and frozen custard restaurant in Grand Forks, North Dakota, called Culver's. I always went to culver's every time I was in Grand Forks. I loved it. I got my food, got in the car and began to try my lunch. When I took that first bite of my burger, the patties are nice and juicy, the bacon was crispy, perfect amount of pickles and cheese. It was so good! I honestly can say, this is now my new favorite burger place. I am beyond satisfied with my lunch! I'm so glad that I stopped in for lunch today! Thank you for the amazing service and amazing food!

No very food safety conscious. Cashier will wear gloves and handle cash with those gloves and then prepare and touch your ice cream without changing gloves

Affordable and delicious. And they seen that i had my 2 kids with me so they brought my food to my table ! It's the little things like that . That make me wanna come back.

Got the grilled cheese steakburger, took a bite then noticed something hard, just thought it might be bacon... it was a bread bag tie!!!! Eeeeewwwww... Never going there again, OMG

Also my fries had absolutely no seasoning.

I went with team, but the desert was not tasty, service was poor, and atmosphere was weak. All I say is I traumatized after.
It wasn’t “soul-shifting” experience I hope for…but instead it feel like I stuck in a bad alchemy gone wrong.
The icecream we order was hard, and too solid like a ice stone.

So to be clear, the burger was really good. We did a few versions of the classic cheeseburger and all were a hit.
On the other hand, not a fan of the fries. They are tiny and basically useless at moving ketchup into your mouth.
For the ice cream, the kids had worms and dirt and it was awesome. They loved it. The turtles concrete mixer was really disappointing though. It almost felt like the custard had been curdled and was loose.
All in all it was good. We'd go back but be selective in what we bought.
