Such a bad place, it was 7 dollars for a tiny cup i have never been so mad it tastes like tumeric and its just gross i am never going back i cannot believe this tiny cup is 7 dollars this should be 2 dollars i am so pissed.

They got my entire order wrong. We ordered one chicken bowl and one beef and they placed all the meat in one of the bowls so the other one didn’t have any. I just kindly asked if they could remake it but the lady working offered extra meat instead which was fine until I realized I wasn’t just missing meat but certain ingredients that I in fact did state on my order. This was a bummer bc It was first time trying freshii and it’s safe to say i’m never coming back.

Smoothie bowl was very watery like liquid. Not many toppings. Customer service could be worked on. Overall very disappointed i spent 10$ for watered down smoothie

I rarely write reviews but this was so bad. It used to be really good but the food was off. Meat was terrible in my bowl. Seemed like mush. Like they just dumped bbq sauce on top or something. Wrap was good that my daughter had. It was filthy in there. Tables sticky to sit at. Didn’t want to touch the tables after that.

I don’t know what happened to the quality of the meat here but it’s soooo bad now. Rubbery inedible chicken, it was horrible. Would never order anything with chicken again. The vegetarian salad I had was good, but that’s it.

Update: unfortunately it has gone down. It's a different menu and sizes are smaller for same cost. Nothing is presented like the pictures anymore..

I love going to this location. I have had a few different staff and they are all so happy and courteous. The food delicious and fresh. From breakfast to lunch or dinner it's a great healthy option. Mango Smoothie or PB and Chocolate!

Yesterday, we ordered 3 bowls and it was my worst experience ever at this location. I was charged too much for none. The employee there kept asked me to add ingredients didn’t even add it and also I paid $1.50 for avocado and the same for the cheese and they added just bit of it literally very small piece of avocado and there was no cheese, I asked for Jalapeño in each bowl, green onions but she didn’t add it and when we went back there to the store instead of apologizing, she kept arguing with us and said this the way we follow the instructions. (For not adding ingredients)I was regularly ordered from that location only, but this was my last order ever now. I won’t suggest this location. ???????? not even giving a single ⭐️

Ordered a Cobb salad. Asked if I could add an extra egg. She told me I couldn't add just one it would have to be add two. I said nevermind just the regular amount. Didn't notice until I left but it was missing ANY egg, which is a key ingredient in a Cobb salad. Not only that but the bacon was undercooked and the lettuce was gross and spoiled. I couldn't eat it.

Food and service were good but I couldn’t help but notice that there’s always 1 staff member taking care of number of customers. This is really sad. The owner is clearly trying to save pennies by exploiting their staff like this. I wanted to give 0 stars but one is all we can do.
