Always a great experience at Freshii on regent. Lots of great vegetarian and vegan options. I highly recommend their Buddha satay bowl with tofu (or chicken if you prefer). Their smoothies are really healthy, and they have lots of great healthy snacks too like the chia pudding and the energy bites. Also they have kombucha!
If you need a healthy meal on the go, or don’t feel like cooking and you still wanna eat healthy, this is a great option to choose from.

We ordered through Skip and it was really poor quality. Barely any sauce on the burrito. I ordered shrimp poke bowl and they automatically replaced it with raw tuna. When we called to complain they said they ran out of shrimp so that’s just what they do. They never called confirm the change and were not very apologetic. The smoothies were not as good as other locations. Won’t be returning.

Food seems to be healthy. It was tasty and good portion. My only concern is I couldn't find nutrition value of my order and calories showing on the menue in the restaurant is very different from what I could find on the internet.

I just ordered spicy lemon grass soup from this location and there were three girls working. One of whom never looked up from her phone and the soup broth is hot water, there is absolutely no flavour. It’s disgusting that you charge $16 for hot water.

Made an order worth over $80 for pickup. Messaged this to Freshii head office after parking. -- The woman didn't secure the lid on the smoothie, went to drink it, everything spilled on the person -- The soup lid was not secured. Not only am I vegan, but for the first time in my life I got a brand new car. This cream based soup spilled 100% of its contents into my brand new vehicle. -- again, I am vegan, and the Mezze Deliight Bowl clearly labelled no lemon zataar sauce, contained it. It has dairy in it. At this point, I have no lunch. someone is missing her smoothie and soup. And everyone's bowls are soggy from the soup spilling.
Response from head office? “Unfortunately, the store has decided not to process the refund, and as each location operates independently, the final decision rests with them.”
I have to spend $150 cleaning my BRAND new car, I didn’t have lunch, the soup was destroyed and so was the smoothie. The food lost cost $40. You can do better than that, and you know it.

I ordered a bowl and it had I made sure to ask if the sauce is gonna be spicy and the customer representative said no. When I got my food it was indeed spicy. I have digestive issues and sometimes I have allergic tea to spicy food. I tried to reach out to her but she was in the back of the store, I tried to grab her attention 3 times after me waiting there for a while. I told her that it was spicy despite her telling me that it was not. In her defence that was not spicy to her which is totally understandable. And I said can you remake this, I am allergic. She responded “sorry I can’t, I can offer you ranch” I was hungry and had a long day so I accepted it. Added the sauce I could eat after 2 bites because it was still spicy. And I was in pain at that point. She offered she will remake it and I said ok. She made a different bowl not compatible with the price and had items that I am allergic to. And 2 hours later my stomach is upset and I am having a headache. Trimble customer service. I just threw my money away.
