Really disappointed with my most recent experience. I ordered a gluten free option (and informed the staff of my allergy) after waiting for quite some time they informed me that one of the ingredients wasn’t available. This was unfortunate but the larger issue was that when my meal was handed to me it had gluten containing food on it. They tried to tell me it was gluten free but I have since confirmed with their nutritional guide that it is not. I don’t typically write negative reviews but this is extremely dangerous. I don’t eat a gluten free diet for fun, and my health was negatively affected by their carelessness.
Dietary restrictions: The staff does not understand allergens, be careful eating here.

I work in the strip mall and come to freshii when I forget my lunch and need something healthy and quick. Dilpreet is awesome. She always makes my food perfect with not too much sauce. The service is always amazing when Dilpreet is in and I enjoy the different varieties of bowls freshii offers.
