Every time I go to this location I’m always incredibly disappointed. Last night out of convenience stopped in to buy one of the one day juice cleanse. They always act as if it’s an inconvenience that I’m there. Just horrible customer service. Went once before and they didn’t have the juices for the cleanse, which is fair. But this time… I got them.. this morning I look at the juices in the fridge and came to realize a few of them are expired… just unacceptable. Will never go back to this location again, have given this place enough chances.

Just picked up a salad and it was unacceptable. The lettuce was soaking wet and the salad wasn’t tasty like I’m used to from Freshhi. If I had eaten in I would have returned the salad for a refund but I live 40 minutes away. My first bad experience at Freshhi over many years - be hard to come back.
I tried responding to the email that you recommended in your response but its undeliverable as your mailbox is full.
Still no response from the owner - don't support this restaurant they don’t really care about customer service !

I didn't like the staff not wearing gloves as she was preparing my order. Very unfriendly, borderline obnoxious. I ordered Greek salad the daily special, she placed my salad dressing in my bowl. Very small portions for amount paid, fresh veggies n gets cheese. Never ate cause I got grossed out by staff

The family and I went to get dinner probably about 35 minutes before close. We ordered the Buddha bowls. The lady working was like well we close at 8:00 and I’m not sure if I have enough peanut sauce, so then she’s like would you like a different sauce? All we wanted was the bowls to be made properly. These bowls that we are now eating aren’t up to standard as they should be bowls are drying then ever, because she refused to make more, even though they weren’t even closed yet. Will most likely not be visiting back to that location we will find another one.

Our elementary school did a Fun Lunch today catered by Freshii and it was a hit! The food arrived clearly labelled, organized by class, and very fresh. The Supervisor Dilpreet was absolutely wonderful and accommodated special orders and requests. I give this location my highest recommendation and can't wait to order from them again! They are a delicious option for school Fun Lunches, office catering, and individual orders!
Vegetarian options: Delicious vegan options!
Dietary restrictions: Great vegan and gluten free options!
Kid-friendliness: The kids loved it!

Ordered the spicy lemongrass soup with spice on the side. First taste of the broth was like dishwater! Adding some of the spicy sauce helped, but the vegetables in the soup (cabbage & carrots) were raw!The table I sat at was gross & sticky! Eeew.Over $12 for small-size bowl (I did have added tofu) but way overpriced! Service was satisfactory but overall it was a disappointing experience.
