Disappointed with the two staff. They seemed not happy working there or maybe tired though they're not busy. I ordered soup. The large cup is not available so I ordered the small one. Barely no soup so I ate a quarter of it and asked for extra broth. They told me there's extra and it's okay with me. When I was about to pay, they were charging the price of around $10. I told them I only need extra broth and not buying a new one. They said there's no option on their till for extra broth. They should have just punched any of the ingredients like extra carrots or cilantro and gave me the extra broth.

I ordered a oxacava bowl and they didn’t put in half the ingredients which I saw later after id left. Wasted my money.

i love freshii but this location is extremely limited and only has chicken as a protein option. still good for fresh veggies but not much nutrients

I ordered a smoothie and they made it without bananas. I tried it and it was pretty bad, but they refused to swap it for something else. Missing ingredients happens, but I was pretty bummed about the service.
Not to sure why Freshii’s breakfast options (eggs and bacon) are cold for a grilled pocket. Young girl upfront looks miserable working with the public and would benefit in a different job environment. Went to ask for an exchange after my first cold bite, two other works came out from back and instructed the young girl to regrill as it couldn’t be exchanged for a higher item as there’s been a bite taken out of it. regrilled and still wasn’t appetizing as it was still cold in the middle. Never had any problems in much higher-traffic locations downtown…. won’t return to this Freshii, especially after seeing others reviews.

I ordered a sesame crunch wrap, and as I was eating I wondered why the veggies were so dry. Turns out the sesame sauce pooled at the bottom of the wrap because they didn’t mix it well, and it dripped all over my pants and clothes. So now I’m boarding a flight with sesame sauce on my pants and sweater feeling uncomfortably wet.

The two people working there are apparently so incompetent that the breakfast bacon and egg pocket is ice cold.
Both of them were adamant they heated it. I told them to touch the package and all they could say was oh they heated it. $7.5 in the garbage.

I ordered a veggie breakfast pocket and a mango smoothie. The breakfast pocket was cold—cold eggs and tortilla—when it had just come off the grill. I asked the woman to reheat it and it was just as cold after the second hearing. Either the device wasn’t working or it is an ineffective tool for the job. Also, the pocket leaked a lot of liquid out of all three corners so it was impossible to eat without a wet and disgusting mess. My mango smoothie scarcely had any mango flavour. I used to like Freshii but my recent experiences have been poor.
