Visited 29/05/2023.Never been in one before but this place was delicious. We loved the options of creating your own salad, or wraps, with lots of healthy choice options. We both had a Cobb Salad Wrap, it was packed to bursting with fillings, and the staff were super friendly.It is inside a mall, so busy with people, but obviouly very popular. Not a bad price either, and kept up full for most of the day.
Vegetarian options: Plenty of options available, to have with and without meat.
Dietary restrictions: Plenty of options to fit all dietary requirements.
Wheelchair accessibility: Ground floor so easy to reach, elevators if needed from other floors.

Nice and clean. Food was great. They even adjusted the chicken bowl I wanted to be gluten-free. The man behind the counter also went through the ingredients list of available sauces to ensure that everything in my meal was gluten-free which is rare for a fast food style restaurant.

Had the Italian Fresh Market wrap. It was good, all ingredients tasted fresh. However, I think the wrap was not wrapped properly because by the time I ate it, there was sauce dripping, probably from the beets because the wrap had beets in it. I would come back again and try another wrap, and maybe also just remind staff to wrap the wrap properly.

I ordered rice noodles from this place. It comes with roasted red peppers, carrots, edamame, broccoli, red onions and peanut sauce for dressing. It was delicious ?. I tried rice noodles for the first time and it was worth the money ? ?Would love to try other things from here ?✨

I was in town this week for work and ordered a 3 day juice cleanse on the Monday for arrival. The general manager, Amber, was extremely friendly, and even though they were out of the few juices needed she brought some in from another store and everything was ready for the next morning. She even allowed me to pop in well before the store opened to pick up my order so I had it for the Tuesday. Thank you Amber!! Great service and very friendly.
Management is unfriendly and extremely unhelpful. I was basically told to eat my bland meal with no offer for resolution. They refused to take any responsibility for giving me an incorrect order.

Asked for a chicken teriyaki bowl with only 1 scoop of rice but more veg... this is what I gotMissing green onions, very few cucumber, missing the tortilla strips on top and where are the extra veg.. this should have been a great bowl but instead was less than 2 cups of veg with most of that amount being broccoli and carrots. The chicken portion was correct but the rest ?

I love the food and the people at Freshii. I work near City Place mall and get food many times at Freshii. I have not had issues with workers there until today. When I, very politely, placed my order and asked questions about the menu, the restaurant worker was extremely rude, non responsive and used negative language. I will not be eating here again. Also, I asked for a strawberry banana smoothie and the worker gave me a slush mostly filled with water.
