I’ve ordered from Freshii many times and usually really enjoy the Pangoa Bowl. Unfortunately, my last order was disappointing, the avocado didn’t look fresh at all and honestly made the bowl unappetizing. I was surprised, since this hasn’t been my experience before. Hoping this was just a one-off and that quality is better next time.

My last visit to this location on St. James steet. At one time the place use to be spotless. Numerous issues from staff working the till wearing gloves and not changing gloves to put together meals. The door to the kitchen has a build up of hand prints. The interact machine is a Petri dish and I couldn’t image the culture of germs. The food I ordered for my lunch was not only up in price but the quality was very poor. I opened up my bowl at work and everyone who walked in lunchroom looked and agreed Freshii has gone downhill. I had to toss my bowl in the trash. Obviously health inspectors don’t bother with these food chains.

Pretty decent food and decent price.
It’s very loud in there though and hard to hear. Especially when they call your name.
I had the teriyaki twist bowl. They don’t cook the vegetables and they are raw and cold.
It’s also pretty slow. You have to wait a while to get your food.

finally making a review because it’s been very disappointing !! I ordered the smoothie bowl with mixed berries (topping with chia seeds, mango, pineapple and granola) . My order tasted off (very sour and watery consistency) and it did not look anything close to advertised photos. Very disappointing. This is the last time I will be ordering from Freshii.

Service was very slow despite not busy. Staff seemed to not want to be there.
Delicious food at a reasonable price. My kids and I always used to go to this location after we left the gym. Our favourite menu item was the chicken tikka bowls. Unfortunately, 50% of the time they would be out of tikka sauce by 8pm or they were out of stock for days. The staff there was always courteous but not happy about the "no cash accepted" rule. Unfortunately we won't be eating there anymore since they cancelled the Chicken Tikka bowls. :(

Had lemongrass soup and it was lukewarm. Did not have a microwave at the store to heat it. Disappointing.

Scoring low on service due to the following. As per the employees the owner has stated they will not accept cash. Cash is canadian legal tender. I understand most people use plastic but you cannot decline legal tender. Otherwise food is good and employees are always polite and respectful.
