It’s difficult to order as the menu is confusing and it’s hard to ask for modifications. I asked if it’s possible to make a Greek bowl, the employee said yes but started making a Greek salad. I had to grab the attention of the employee to attempt to rescue the order by asking for specific ingredients to be placed inside to make it more like a bowl, but the employee didn’t understand.
In the end, we paid $33 for 1 bowl and 1 salad (that we didn’t want) which both had small portions - they were the equivalent of an appetizer from a restaurant. We’re now off to go get some Indian food.
I suggest the decision makers at Freshii corporate to visit other restaurants and learn how to simplify ordering for customers that are unfamiliar with the menu, create fair portions and improve overall service.

The person doesn’t know what she is doing. I have to repeat my toppings several times. She forget to put sauce in my food. And, the place smells like sanitized with dirty cloth. BAD EXPERIENCE!!!!!!!!!!

My smoothie had pieces of plastic in it. We ordered from Freshii as my sibling and I are recovering from oral surgery and cannot have solid foods. This foreign object in my drink poses a huge health risk, and could have damaged the site of our surgery. I would like to know what can be done to reserve this fault of the Dakota Street location.

I ordered the Cobb salad. My order was incorrect. They did not include many of the listed items in the salad (egg avocado bacon) I tried calling them several times (6) and they did not answer. An email was sent with no reply. Delivery took 1 hour. The store is 4 minutes away! St.Vital Dakota location.

There was one fellow working only, trying to do everything. He was very pleasant. The bathroom was disgusting though! The person before me didn’t even flush the toilet, so I walked in to that. The bathroom was all around dirty, looked like it hadn’t been cleaned in months. Gave me a bad impression of the whole place and I won’t be back.
