I ordered the Cobb salad. My order was incorrect. They did not include many of the listed items in the salad (egg avocado bacon) I tried calling them several times (6) and they did not answer. An email was sent with no reply. Delivery took 1 hour. The store is 4 minutes away! St.Vital Dakota location.

There was one fellow working only, trying to do everything. He was very pleasant. The bathroom was disgusting though! The person before me didn’t even flush the toilet, so I walked in to that. The bathroom was all around dirty, looked like it hadn’t been cleaned in months. Gave me a bad impression of the whole place and I won’t be back.

Very dirty, the floors were disgusting, bathroom garbage is full and overflowing, seems understaffed, service very slow.
I eat at Freshii A LOT…but not the Dakota location as it is not near where I live. Today I pooped in quickly while running some errands. The employee was very rude. I rarely leave a negative review, but I’ve also never experienced someone so put out to make a simple order…which is their job.

I was very excited to come to the store to have my meal. I entered and it smells bad! Then I asked to use the washroom and I wished if I did not, it was disgusting not clean. After that I was waiting for my order to have it in the store. The guy gave it to me in a dirty plate, has food around and then I told him this is not clean and he did. I came to sit to have my food and table was not clean at all, it has left over food! It was very bad experience for me! Finally I put my plate on the catering table and it has plates there looks like they have been there for at least 2 hours! Preparing area is just a miss! And I felt like this is the worst thing in my day today. For sure, I won’t make it to here next time!
