Very slow service. Perhaps they are understaffed....waited almost 15 mins for my bowl with only 2 people ahead of me in line.....will order ahead for pick up with skip next time.

Ordered online. Food was not as expected. One of our order was super kids salad and it does not follow the ingredients specified. The cheesy chicken pocket was not even in the bag. Chicken Pokii bowl was not the greatest. Chicken was dry. The strawberry banana smoothie we want originally was not available. They don't have the thing we originally want. Basically what we ordered was messed up. Not going to go back at all. Only giving 1 star because we can't give zero. Not recommend.

Stopped in to pick up a bowl for a late lunch. Service was quick and really friendly/helpful. Had forgotten to ask for hot sauce and they accommodated quickly.

Portions have shrunk to ridiculously small sizes, I’m sure this location has bled $ from Covid and trying to make it up… but still, laughably small portions compared to any other freshii, or pita pit.

stingiest Freshii ever. i swear its like those workers get deducted their wages if they give extra vegetables. Paid for extra veggies and the staff gave like 2 extra pieces…. those 2 pieces of broccoli costed like $.70

First time to Freshii Winnipeg Square in a year. I ordered Smoothie and Veg Burrito and its tasty sooo Unfresh. Smoothie was wayy less than quantity that i ordered ( just Because i Choose no ice) .Burrito I ordered missing avacado . I dont much complaintHowever, I am disappointed for worst Customer Service .I will never recommend anyone to visit this location and surely never come back.
The Cobb salad with chicken was both bland and expensive. I'll not return.

Staff has changed and so has the service. They made my order incorrect twice in one week, which was preordered. The manger was apologetic over the issue but the service is still the same.

The food is great, and the staff is friendly but I almost never get my order quickly because they always seem to be short staffed or bombarded with skip the dishes drivers. They need to hire more people or have more people working at a time because lunch time customers don’t always have a ton of time to wait for lunch.

I had an issue with a previous order and the manager promptly reached out to me to rectify the situation. It's a really busy location and given the current supply chain issues, they're doing a great job at making sure their customers are satisfied with their orders. I'd recommend this location to anyone working in the area.
