Poor managerial staff generally lazy and under educated for the position they hold (its not what you know its who you know). All the past presidents come in with a big speech trying to gain some sort of acceptance from the worker but you never see them again (out golfing or playing with there airplanes) but realy they know nothing about processing food. This place is a clown out fit from top to bottom and is ran accordingly.
