Great place to take your family and kids. I took my nephews there and the attendant at the stand was very helpful. She walked us through the whole process and recommended the crème brûlée which was amazing. Must try.
I'm absolutely a fan of frozen yogurts, dont like ice-cream, but frogurts. Haven't found any other place in Winnipeg yet just this on Forks. Guys here have an issue with service, completely unwelcoming faces, frogurts always done in a different ways, someone press it one time, while it should be done twice, another doing twice. If frozen peaches stuck in blender they not care to put it to your cup, i have paid for it, but staff working here thinking is ok.
I gave so many tries to this place, just last week was here 3 days in a row ordering take-home box, and still faces of employees and attitudes really discourage to come back again.
Would suggest owners to discuss maybe salary increase or just explain about service and Friendly Manitoba.

my friend and I orderd some Frogurts August 24 in the evening, they were missing an ingredient, apple so i asked to substitute to something else and was told that it will be around $2 extra.. So it would cost me almost $7 for a child size frogurt, I felt rushed ordering because the workers were talking to each other, it took really long for then to make it because they left and started taking pictures together for a few minutes and still my friend hasnt ordered.. overall weird and very upsetting customer service, it takes less than 5 minutes to take order and make frogurt and for $5 not worth it

I really love this place, customer service is above and beyond. Hazel is an angel working at Frogurt Forks Winnipeg, she is so joyful and so kind to all customers and everytime i go there there is a line up. Good job Hazel keep up the good job. You do work hard to please all customers.

Respectfully, how does this place even stay open?I've tried going for YEARS now. Every single time I attempt to order it takes you guys a solid 20-30 minutes to get a singular small order in line done. Once it's finally your turn after the only other client, you learn that they've got nothing in stock. There's an ice-cream place directly behind you guys that has massive lines and has zero issues? How can a place that rarely ever has a queue never have anything in stock AND provide the slowest service out of the entire forks market? Pick a struggle.

Love the yogurt taste. I got medium with oreo cookies and kiwiNEGATIVE: only 1 staff who do everything from taking the order, making it, and clean up. SOME COSTUMERS left cause too long

I really love their smoothies and ice cream. It is very delicious and the flavor is very rich. I recommend everyone to visit this place
I have never experienced such poor service and lack of work place decency before, while I was waiting for my order this couple (employees there) were touching/playing with each other infront of everyone. When I was about to pay for my order, the lady (individual who was playing with her boyfriend) just chucked the tap machine infront of me in a very unprofessional manner. These 2 people need to get corrected, I won't be coming back again any time soon.

Service was alright, not the greatest due to there only being one staff at a time. They do try their best to move quick but I noticed the line moved slowly.For the frozen yogurt, it is amazingly good.I had gotten pineapple mixed with banana and the taste was phenomenal.Sizes range from child, small, medium and large.Small, medium and large coke in the same container it’s the amount of frozen yogurt in the cup they grade the size by.Medium was about 8$ after tax.All in all I would eat here again!

Frozen fruits and yogurt such an healthy and terrific combination that's refreshingly healthy and delicious. All ice cream lovers should try this to get a completely different perception of eating healthy. The kiosk of Frogurt in The Forks Market Winnipeg is extremely busy on weekends their staff is very polite and friendly. They have wide varieties of Frogurt flavours along with smoothies and drinks. I tried the raspberry and blueberry Frogurt that was very delicious and fulfilling..i would definitely revisit and would recommend others visiting.
