The food was good when I came there. I was amazed by the sushi and ramen. It extremely delicious. The customer service also very nice. Especially the staff Kevin so handsome, that why I always come there just to see him 🫶🫶
The Chef creates original sushi. I have traveled alot of the world and this is diffently in my top 2 sushi restaurants. The dynamite roll has this dip it is usually spicy , I asked to have it made without the spicy. And oh my god....it was so amazing. Love love it. We tried things I never thought I would. It is a must place to go if you love sushi or trying for the first time! Jan1st 2025, I so miss my favorite sushi chef...Chris.
The food is palatable but expensive for what you get. We had the vegetable tempura to start - $7 for three slices of vegetables and one button mushroom; extremely overpriced. We followed it with bowls of shoyu ramen. The ramen was decent and it was nice to have vegetarian options, but it was nowhere near being the best ramen I’ve ever had. Basically you are paying for the experience of eating at The Forks.
